Pros:

The location and the kindness and helpfulness of the receptionist (I think her name was Elisa).
The breakfast was ok - some industrial products but a good amount of items to choose from.

The interior is a bit outdated.

Zu grosse Erwartungen
Pros:

Zu grosse Erwartungen: Die Lage ist super, alle Sehenwürdigkeiten in der Nähe. Der Altbau richtig rustikal. Und da beginnen die Abstriche, kein Fahrstuhl, sehr unebene Böden, die Zimmer gleich zur Strasse und damit ab 5:00 sehr laut. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht ( was bei der Buchung ausschlaggebendes Kriterium war)  was unserem Zimmer fehlte war der Balkon. In unserem Zimmer funktionierte der Kühlschrank nicht, bei 32 Grad. Die Reception hat uns auf den Hauptschalter am Eingang hingewiesen, es brachte nichts. Wir haben unsere Getränke mit crasheis im Waschbecken gekühlt. Es hätte ein schöner Aufenthalt werden können.

Romantisches altes Gemäuer, in das ein schönes Zimmer gebaut wurde.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage der Nachbarn direkt über der Terrasse, so dass man weder dort sitzen noch das Fenster zum Lüften aufmachen konnte.

Hotel acogedor
Pros:

El personal es muy amable. A destacar, sobre todo, la atención de los recepcionistas Elisa y Nomion. Ambos son extraordinarios; muy atentos, dispuestos a ayudarte con lo que necesites.
La cercanía a la estación de tren y bus de Porta Nuova. Caminando son unos quince minutos. El edificio tiene mucho encanto y es muy acogedor.

Good location and very nice staff.
Pros:

Good location only a short walk to the old town. Breakfast was continental and very good. Air conditioning very good. Bed comfortable.

Cons:

The room was a bit disappointing as we upgraded to a superior not sure what made it superior. Shower room very small. The road was quite noisy.

Can’t remember anything amazing. Location quite good. Staff friendly enough

Breakfast is not breakfast. It’s like a school canteen that had a bad budget and a temporary cleaner taking over on a limited time basis. Not what shown to be.

Freundliches Personal, Lage gerade noch fußläufig zur historischen Altstadt (ca. 15-20 Minuten)

Cons:

Keine Steckdosen am Bett. Anzahl der Cappuccino zum Frühstück ist auf zwei begrenzt. Keine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Nur eine offene Karaffe mit fragwürdiger Hygiene. Frühstück nicht dem Übernachtungspreis angemessen. Innenhof nicht wirklich ansprechend.

Despite the breakfast issue. The hotel was very convenient for our visit to Verona.
Pros:

Location was excellent and the style of the hotel and rooms was very good.

Cons:

The breakfast was basic. Very little choice and no option for anything freshly cooked. I thought this didn’t match the cost per night.
