Wir wären auf unserer Rundreise gerne immer wieder ins Hotel und seinen Ort zurückgefahren!
Pros:

+ Alle Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen waren ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam, auf eine unaufdringlich Weise einfühlsam; ganz besonders fürsorglich betr. Rollstuhl-Umständen.
+ Die Betten waren ausgezeichnet (Boxspring). Qualitativ sehr gute Oberdecken (coperta? trapuntino? leicht und doch warm im März) und Kissen.
+ Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet (dieses Wort wiederholt sich...), appetitlich angerichtet, feine Zutaten (der Käse, der Schinken, der Joghurt, die Müsli-Zutaten - nur z.B.), auch die Kännchen Tee, die noch mit weißem Tuch gedeckten Tische... Dies auch im Vergleich zu späteren Viersterne-Hotels. Auch der Frühstücksraum mit seinen interessanten Kunstwerken!
+ Die ganze Einrichtung des Hauses zeugte von dem sehr guten, dabei ganz individuellen Geschmack einer Innenarchitektin: die Möbel, die Farben, die Bilder (interessant und interessant vielfältig-anregend!), die Kunstbücher im Salon, - eine Mischung aus bürgerlich, zurückhaltend-gediegen, dabei auch pfiffig und modern.
+ Die Rollstuhlrampe zum Hotel war ideal, Aufzug und alles übrige gut rollstuhlgängig. Eine Parkmöglichkeit für einen Rollstuhl-PKW war vorhanden, das Personal sorgte außerordentlich freundlich und gezielt dafür, dass der Bereich abgegrenzt wurde. Es entstand das Gefühl, mit Rollstuhl genauso eingeladen zu sein wie ohne.
+ Wir wollten uns im Gästebuch verewigen, aber es waren schon zwei dicke Bände vollständig gefüllt mit Lobeshymnen!

Cons:

- Sehr gutes Bad - auch reizend 'wohnlich' eingerichtet; nur (wie leider oft in Hotels) betr. Dusche sehr rutschig, für ältere Menschen ein Problem. Eine sich festsaugende, dadurch nicht rutschende Badematte wäre schon eine einfache Option.

Pros:

Ottimo hotel, camera accoglienti, letto comodo e ben arredato; largo il bagno. Colazione molto fornita di prodotti dolci e salati, buonissimi. Lo staff gentilissimo, preparato e disponibile ad esaudire richieste extra.

Cons:

Camere accoglienti, tuttavia un po' calde la notte, con CDZ spento, d'altronde è solo marzo.

Lage des Hotel für Pienza hervorragend
Frühstück war sehr sehr angenehm sehr freundliche Bedienung beim Frühstück in der Rezeption , Kundenservice perfekt.
Zimmer schöne Sicht auf den Amiata. Frage beim nächsten Aufenthalt frage ich ein Zimmer oberste Etage.

Un ottimo soggiorno a Pienza
Pros:

La struttura è ben curata e lo staff è cordiale ed estremamente disponibile.
La colazione ha una buona varietà di prodotti (anche locali).
Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole, torneremo sicuramente.
