Pros:

El desayuno exquisito, muy variado para todos los gustos. La ubicación no puede ser mejor, frente a la Catedral, muralla y fácil de caminar por su hermosas callecitas

No preguntamos, pero no nos ofrecieron un salon para la espera mientras llegaba nuestro espera del taxi, hay un sillón en la recepción de mala calidad e incómodo. Tampoco había un salón para leer ..... tampoco es imprescindible pero nos hubiera gustado

La oferta es una estafa literal. Ofrecen un servicio, cobran por ello y no pueden prestar dicho servicio. Me refiero al aire acondicionado. Este hotel NO dispone de aire acondicionado. Condición indispensable por la que yo contrate la habitación. Deben corregir esa publicidad engañosa

Prachtig gebouw

Cons:

- De bedden: blijkbaar nieuwe matrassen, maar wij vonden ze niet goed, en de bedden te smal.
- Prachtig gebouw, op het binnenplein was het restaurant:. Zo lawaaierig! Droeg niet bij aan de schoonheid vsn het gebouw.
-Onthaal: je mag 20 keer passeren, maar nooit goedemorgen...... Koel en onpersoonlijk.

Ubicación excelente
Aparcamiento: no se permitió su reserva a pesar de mostrar interés por mi parte. Me informaron a la llegada de que había plazas libres pero debido a las fechas no podía arriesgarme a viajar sin reservar plaza en ese hotel o en otro parking público con un coste superior al del hotel
