Pros:

Lo cogí last minute para mis padres, mis tíos, primos… por los incendios en las zonas de Avila que fueron desalojadas. Y fueron tremendamente amables y tuvieron muy buenos gestos. Además de que las instalaciones son geniales, el trato fue de 10. Saber que fueron cariñosos y justos con mi familia (porque al final no necesitábamos una habitación y habíamos pagado por adelantado) me hace creer en la calidad humana todavía. Muchas gracias.

Es muy bonito y está súper céntrico dentro de la muralla.

Cons:

La cama era muy incómoda. El ascensor da golpe cada vez que sube y baja. Y se oye todo de habitación a habitación.

Very beautiful and historical hotel, excellent location. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Noisy, could hear everything outside the door and in the hallway, as well as airconditioner and kitchen noises even on the 1st floor. Hotel card also sometimes didn't work if it was close to a phone. Duvet was too thin, so had to use their wool blanket on top.

Great rooms, location and staff.
Pros:

The hotel is located within the medieval walls and next to the cathedral, so really good location and close to all restaurants and shops. The rooms were nicely decorated and very clean. The hotel has a private parking space that you have to pay if you want to used it. Overall great place to stay.

Cons:

The hotel was very spacious, I think a play room for kids could be set up for them to play.
