Pros:

Great hotel for a perfect stay in Segovia. Everything was perfect during our stay, from the first approach with the reception staff at our arrival.
The hotel is very close to the center, and has many bars, pubs and restaurants nearby. We didn't try the hotel restaurant, but I am sure it is perfect and tasty, with local specialties and good prices. The room is nice and has everything we need (a fridge, too). Fruit at breakfast was sweet and delicious, fruit juices were also very good.
I loved the shower

Cons:

Not much room for our clothes, but ok for a 2-3 nights stay.
Breakfast is ok, we would have preferred just something more

Localização.

Cons:

Pouco limpo, foi necessário solicitar outro quarto porque não estava limpo o quarto reservado, mesmo assim o segundo quarto também não estava limpo, foi necessário a senhora fazer nova limpeza no ato de entrega do quarto.
