Buen hotel en pleno centro de Segovia.
Pros:

La ubicación es inmejorable.

Cons:

Es algo difícil llegar a la zona de descarga para dejar el coche, pues todo es peatonal. Tienen unas zonas para descargar y dejar el coche en una calle cercana, de forma que hay que caminar unos 80-100 m por las calles hasta llegar al hotel. Es comprensible dada la situación céntrica. Luego un aparcacoches se encarga de llevarlo al parking. Lo peor es que las plazas estén ocupadas cuando llegues y no tengas sitio donde aparcar, afortunadamente eso no ocurrió.

Booked secure parking, which was confirmed . Called the day before to confirm and was told plenty of space. Arrived at hotel to be told there was no space. Had to park in public car perk 20 minutes away. Will not stay there again.

Muy cómodo, limpio, tranquilo…Mágico!
Pros:

Ubicación, limpieza, terraza con vistas impresionantes de Segovia, comodidad de la cama…Todo!

Cons:

Por una avería no teníamos agua caliente, pero nos prepararon una habitación en el hotel para poder ducharnos.

Très agréable
Pros:

Un hôtel superbement situé, très pratique d’accès et le parking avec voiturier est top. Le personnel est très agréable. La chambre était confortable et propre. Ne pas hésiter à manger à la cafétéria de l’hôtel.

Gutes Hotel mit sehr zentraler Lage
Cons:

Zimmer wird durch eine Klimaanlage gekühlt, die Temperatur kann nicht eigenständig geregelt werden, das Zimmer war sehr kalt. Die Klimaanlage ist auch relativ laut.

A Perfect Stay
Pros:

The ambience of the hotel was first class. The interior was beautiful, full of classy old school charm. The front desk staff were excellent. They were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable with great views. Finally, it was excellent value for money in a great part of the town.

Pros:

Me gustó en general todo!! La cama cómoda , que nos dejarán entrar antes, el detalle de las aguas etc

Cons:

Lo que no me gustó es que hacía frío en el apartamento cuando llegamos porque estaba el aire acondicionado muy fuerte.
