Pros:

De prijs, die ik betaalde, totaal 92 euro, maandagavond , buiten seizoen, en de kwaliteit die ik daar voor kreeg.
De ligging, mooi, authentiek gebouw, met groot park eromheen. Ergens een zwembad. Mooie binnenruimtes. Relatief chic.
Prima ontbijt buffet, ja, Italiaans, zoet, zoet, zoet, en zoet. Maar wel lekker voor een keer!
Voor zo'n prijs: dikke aanrader. Voor iets meer ook.

Great stay in a beautiful building.
Pros:

So much to like: the beautiful classical building, the lavish interiors, the large parking area, the very professional yet friendly staff, to the lovely room with a beautiful view. Everything was there, the room was quiet and the bed very comfortable. My only regret is not being able to extend my stay. Next time I'm in Modena, I will be back.

Cons:

Prices can go rather high during high season. I asked if it was possible to extend my stay for one night, which came down to almost €400 due to low availability (almost 4 times what I paid for the first night).

I highly recommend the hotel, its a beautiful example of homeliness a peaceful location, great staff

The staff were exceptional, the hotel is beautiful, the attic room with a Ferrari wall picture was perfect for my desire to stay at this hotel, I will definitely stay again

Cons:

Nothing that I didn't like, the breakfast buffet was all high sugar options, but did have fruit, would be nice to have egg and meat selection at the buffet table. However the staff absolutely offered to bring any of those items.
