- L'addition du restaurant Ize : il est impératif de demander le détail de la note et le prix des vins au verre ; en ce qui nous concerne, les couverts comptés à 5€ par personne alors qu'ils sont indiqués à 4€ sous les menus, eau facturée alors que l'on en a pas pris et verres de vin à un prix exorbitant (digne d'un 3* en France). Nous avons été très déçus non pas par la qualité des plats mais par le personnel qui nous a obligés à signer la somme de l'addition alors que nous la contestions.
- Le petit déjeuner pas à la hauteur d'un hôtel de ce standing.
- Le fait que le bistrot soit fermé le soir.
- L'emplacement assez éloigné de tout.

La vue, la tranquillité, la piscine, le parking, l'accessibilité au lac. Le bar terrasse.

Cons:

Nous n'avons rien mangé le soir de notre arrivée parce que votre restaurant était plein. Mais étant donner qu'il pleuvait et nous étions à moto la réception de l'hôtel aurait dû nous proposer quelque chose.

Leider hat am letzten Abend eine laute Gruppe trinkfreudiger holländischer Rallye-Fahrer den schönen Aussnbereich okkupiert.

This hotel is definitely worth a visit !! You will want to stay for more than 1 night though..
The rooms, pool, staff and view are brilliant 👏
The local village (Pilzone) is quite basic but Iseo is beautiful.

Cons:

Travelling between the local villages and towns is challenging if you don't have a car!

Personnel très aimable. Emplacement exceptionnel. Chambre très confortable. Mérite vraiment d'y séjourner quelques jours.

Cons:

Un petit reproche concernant le petit déjeuner : pas d'oranges pressées, et la confiture dans les petits distributeurs en plastique. C'est vraiment dommage !
