We enjoyed this hotel very much. The dinner at the onsight restaurant was very good and the breakfast buffet in the solarium was very well stocked and delicious. Our room was lovely and very comfortable.

Cons:

We visited in the off season and invited our daughter and her partner for a break from their busy lives in Milano. The weather was rainy and cool and we hoped to enjoy the hot tub but it was not avaible to us because of the season.

A beautiful, spotless lakeside stay with breathtaking views and genuinely welcoming staff.
Pros:

An outstanding stay at the Araba Fenice Hotel, right on the lake with truly unobstructed views. Our room was beautiful, spacious and spotless, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and courteous. A wonderful place to relax, we would gladly return.

Mit der reinen Hotelleistung (Nächtigung und Frühstück) waren wir sehr zufrieden.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und zweckkonform ausgestattet. Das gleiche gilt auf die Nasszelle zu. Der Ausblick auf den See und die Umgebung war umwerfend. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Reservierung und Bereitstellung des Autoabstellplatzes war auch problemlos. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und vielfältig.

Cons:

Das IZE Restaurant hat meinen Erwartungen vor allem hinsichtlich des Speisenangebotes nicht unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis war auch nicht im Lot.

Das Hotel liegt ja direkt am See und die Aussicht ist sehr schön. Auch das Zimmer war völlig i.O. Die Parkplatzsituation ist natürlich nicht optimal, hier hatten wir sehr viel Glück.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war gut, allerdings nach 9 Uhr fehlte viel und es wurde nicht nachgelegt.Meine Begleitung hatte einen schmutzigen Früchtedeckel und der Kaffenachschub war schleppend. Hier gibt es Verbesserungspotential. Leider war das Fernsehprogramm nur in Italienisch zu empfangen. Hier hätte ich mir und.a.auch Deutsch gewünscht.
