Pros:

Ambientazione fantastica. Camere freschissime e spaziose.
Ristorante superlativo.

Cons:

PISCINA LASCIATA ANDARE. ALL'entrata del cancellino ci sono le vespe e infatti due bambini sono stati punti in 2 giorni.
Non controllata la situazione si perde di vista, altri turisti con il cane a bordo piscina nonostante non si possa.
Gente che si sciacqua la bocca e sputa per terra.
Aghi di pino sul fondo della vasca.
Bordo piscina rotto a fasi alterne e in alcuni punti rattoppato con assi di legno.
Troppa confusione che porta a farsi male.

Sehr schöne stilvolle Residenz im Norden der Toskana
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sehr schöh und stimmig eingerichtet. Man hatte das Gefühl in einem allten Herrenhaus zu übernachten.

Frühstück war gut, auch die Lage in den Hügeln war nett. Parkplatz war auch dabei.

Sehr ruhige Lage und nahe an wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten, bzw. Städten.

Cons:

Prinzipiell ist es sehr ruhig, allerdings bekommt man alles aus den Nachbarzimmern und dem Gang mit. Vorbei gehende Gäste, WC-Spülung, selbst einen tropfenden Wasserhahn aus dem Nachbarzimmer kann man hören.

Buona struttura per soggiorno a Pescia e dintorni
Pros:

Abbiamo scelto questa struttura per soggiornare la notte di capodanno in coppia. Bello il legame col passato dell'edificio con la "ruota" da cartiera azionabile mediante leva. Prenotando una camera matrimoniale (per un ammontare di 117€ con colazione inclusa con prenotazione effettuata il 30 dicembre) ci è stata assegnata una camera con ben altri tre letti singoli oltre al letto matrimoniale. Sebbene il matrimoniale fosse composto da due letti singoli creando alle volte spazio nel mezzo, ne è risultata una camera spaziosa con un piacevole mix tra elementi come travi di legno e pietra. Tra gli aspetti positivi i numerosi asciugamani forniti e di vario taglio. Da apprezzare anche lo staff della struttura poiché ben presente a qualsiasi orario. La colazione presentava una discreta varietà, con buona flessibilità in termini di orari (orario 7-10 ma ci è stato consentito di tardare di più, considerando forse il periodo di festa) check out compreso. Parcheggio ampio. Posizione strategica aldilà di Pescia stessa, con Lucca a 30 min di auto e la Versilia raggiungibile in circa 50 min.

Camera fatiscente si sbatteva la testa per passare dalla camera da letto al bagno. Seconda camera senza finestre . Addetto alla reception scortese. Brutta struttura . Non la consiglio a nessuno . La porta del bagno non si apriva sbatteva contro il bidet!

Cons:

il phon appena l'ho acceso ha iniziato a fumare quindi non sono riuscita ad utilizzarlo. nelle stanze al piano di sotto si sente tutto: le persone parlare, quando tirano lo sciacquone e camminare.

Una ex cartiera ora adibita a struttura ricettiva. Bella e molto caratteristica. Posizione isolata, ma vicinissima al paese ed ai vari servizi. Colazione ottima ed abbondante

Cons:

Ci sarebbero da sistemare alcune cosette nelle camere, es prese elettriche che si staccano dal muro, mattonelle del pavimento un po' traballanti, il wifi non funzionava (ma per una notte, si sopravvive lo stesso...)
