Wonderful clean hotel , friendly helpful staff
Pros:

Wonderful bedroom, fabulous air conditioning, friendly helpful staff .

Cons:

Slight distance issue from centre but only due to the temperature outside, so hot 38 degrees meant walking was an issue . Other time of year the walk would be absolutely fine.

Posizione, colazione , camera pulizia , parcheggio comodo a pagamento in struttura.

Cons:

Ingresso camera un forte cattivo odore , poi all’ interno molto pulita e curata. Male gestione dello staff , che invia una mail dove ribadisce che se l’era dei miei gemelli fosse stata di 4 anni avrei pagato supplemento, ho ribadito in risposta di conoscere bene la loro età di 3 anni . Credo mail dal sig Alessandro, che mette in dubbio l’integrità dei clienti .

Pulizia , colazione e parcheggio

Cons:

Credo di non esser simpatico al sig Alessandro, sempre come al primo alloggio di una settimana fa. Arrivati chiedo parcheggio fronte porta e mi dice che occupato da clienti già in struttura, salvo poi arrivare dopo 10 minuti i nostri amici assieme a noi e dato a loro la postazione richiesta. Più al check in dice di aver assegnato una camera superiore rispetto alla prenotazione. Ma ci dà la stessa camera dell’andata ( chiamato e riferito ha ammesso ) poi non aperto il letto a castello previsto dalla prenotazione e per i due bambini . Volevano riparare al momento ma ormai eravamo in piena doccia e abbiamo declinato su nostra scelta . Credo la proprietà debba accertarsi meglio perché due su due non credo siano una casualità.

Moderno y coqueto hotel en Florencia, muy cerca del centro.

Pros:

Non mi è piaciuto nulla.
La camera era sporca e puzzava.
Ho fatto presente questa cosa alla reception, ma non hanno fatto nulla tranne mandare una persona a spuzzare “non so che” che non ha migliorato la situazione.

Comfortable verblijf buiten het centrum
Pros:

Heel behulpzaam en aardig personeel. Kamer was erg schoon en comfortabel.

Cons:

Hat hotel bevindt zich vrij ver uit het centrum. Het is aan te raden om met de bus of taxi naar het centrum te gaan. Het personeel heeft ons hierin veel geholpen.

Disappointing

Comfortable beds, quiet rooms

Cons:

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. On the Hotel website and Booking.com it states they do “room service”. When I asked upon entry, they sounded shocked and said they don’t do any sort of room service. This was very disappointing and deceiving as it was a big reason we booked this hotel.

There were a couple of occasions where our room wasn’t properly cleaned or restocked with teas and milks. It even got to the point where we had to bring down all the used glasses, mugs and spoons to reception and ask for new ones as they had not been cleaned and the reception staff refused to come upstairs to replace them.

The breakfast was not nice. Very little options and also most items were out of stock despite us arriving 1 hour before breakfast closed.

One staff member in particular was very rude to me and it really left a bad impression of the overall stay.

For a 4* hotel, this is not the service you’d expect. We spent a lot of money on the “suite” which I would also not recommend. I would highly recommend booking elsewhere, you’ll see similar reviews to mine on here.

El personal y el desayuno.

Cons:

Demasiado ruido en la habitación (aire acondicionado sonaba mucho, también el frigorífico). La ubicación alejada del centro. Baño algo viejo.
