La camera era nell'unità staccata in un palazzo separato dall'hotel. Scomodo dover fare avanti e indietro per la colazione o per parlare in reception.

The room was really hot and the air con didn’t work
L'emplacement de l'hôtel en plein centre dans la via del corso avec des magasins et restaurants. On peut rejoindre toutes les attractions à pied. C'est un bon rapport qualité/prix.
L'hôtel est correct mais un peu vétuste. Il faudrait peut-être un peu mieux l'entretenir.
Rooms too small and noisy

A localização era excelente.
O pequeno almoço era bom, pouca variedade de pão mas tinha o essencial. Num local muito agradável e bem decorado.
A cama muito confortável e quarto bem limpo.
Do barulho a partir das 22.30 e até bem tarde. No rooftop há uma discoteca.

La posizione in pieno centro, a portata di tutto, i locali vicini e le attrazioni a meno di 10 minuti a piedi mi ha permesso di vivere appieno la Roma che volevo.
La camera lievemente piccola ma con tutto l’essenziale per un breve soggiorno. Sono comunque soddisfatta della scelta, che sicuro rifarei

The location was fantastic. It was in a busy, touristy shopping area close to the Spanish Step. Felt incredibly safe.
How do I count the ways
1) there was a leak in the ceiling which has left a stain on the bed when we checked in. We told the front desk and all they did was change the sheets
2) 1-2AM on night 1, it starts leaking onto one of who is asleep. The hotel covered the ceiling with a sheet of paper. It remedied it but they wouldn’t compensate us at all. I did not pay for a room with a leak
3) weekend nights there is a club in the hotel. It was so loud you could practically hear every word everyone was saying. Some other reviews mentioned the noise but it was as if we were in the same room. We were on floor 2.
It wasn’t cheap, I know nothing is Rome is, but this was just not worth it.
