We had a wonderful stay - everything we wanted
Pros:

Location was perfect - able to walk to most attractions - lucky enough to be there on a night that the rooftop bar was operating such a great vibe with Leon singing - breakfast was good also

Cons:

The aircon is positioned in the window sill - temps were sometimes 32+ during our stay & the room didn’t cool down until middle of the night

Only stay here if you can sleep through noise!
Pros:

Really good location, if you don’t mind the noise then it’s a fine place to stay in Rome, as it is an expensive city to stay and this was one of the cheaper hotels
Fridge was handy

Cons:

There is a rooftop bar/nightclub so on weekends there is constant thumping noises until late
Even on weeknights there was a lot of noise and we were next to a service / cleaning cupboard and there was constant noise day and night- not sure what was being cleaned at night?
Room and bathroom was a little outdated and air con was behind the curtain so if you wanted to be cool you had to have curtains open so it was bright to sleep.
City tax is cash only- we have travelled all across Europe and this was the first which was unexpected so had to go to an atm and pay the extra fees

Great hotel in the center of Rome, walking distance to all the main attractions.
Pros:

Great location between Piazza di Poppolo and the Trevi Fountain. You can walk everywhere from here including the Vatican. Great rooftop to have breakfast or drinks at sunset.

Gute Lage aber sonst nichts gutes.
Pros:

Top Lage und sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Einfach viel zu teuer und ungepflegt.
Leider lag mein Zimmer direkt am Aufzug und man hat alle paar Sekunden die Motoren des Aufzugs gehört (Zimmer 306). Tageslicht gab es auch fast gar nicht, nur zwei kleine Fenster ganz oben zum Lichtschacht. Und da abends auch unter der Woche Livemusik auf der Dachterasse war, war bis 24uhr einfach überhaupt nicht an Schlaf zu denken.
Als Party-Reisender vielleicht super, aber als Geschäftsreisender einfach unmöglich.

Good hotel
Pros:

Fantastic location, easy walk to everywhere and like the colours and layout of the room. Also a good breakfast area.

Cons:

Shower a bit old fashioned and ants kept coming in the bathroom. Can't control air condition levels
