Durch das Upgrade ins Schwesterhotel war alles super, aber ansonsten wären wir enttäuscht gewesen!

Die Lage war sehr zentral nahe dem historischen Zentrum. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das uns zugeteilte Zimmer war sehr klein. Das Bad war Mini. Dies war in der Beschreibung bei Booking.com ganz anders dargestellt. Nachdem wir unser Zimmer gesehen haben fragten wir den sehr netten Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, ob es vielleicht ein größeres Zimmer im Hotel gibt. Er sagte dies sei das größte Zimmer im Hotel! Es handele sich hier auch um ein 1 Sterne Hotel. Es gab keinen Safe im Zimmer und Frühstück wäre entweder im Zimmer oder auf dem Platz draußen möglich, was bei wärmer Temperaturen sicherlich sehr schön ist. Er könnte uns aber ein größeres Zimmer im Schwesterhotel Bloom anbieten. Dies haben wir gerne angenommen und dort ein super schönes Zimmer im oberen Stockwerk (es gibt allerdings keinen Aufzug) erhalten. Zimmer und Bad viel größer, Safe vorhanden. Es gab dort eine tolle Dachterrasse.
Es sieht so aus als wären auf der Booking.com Seite Bilder der Zimmer im Bloom bei Locanda Fiorita eingestellt. Das ist sehr schade, dass man versucht, hier etwas anderes vorzutäuschen. Wir haben uns sehr viel Zeit genommen, über Booking das richtige für uns zu finden. Das hier geht nicht gegen das Locandia Fiorita!!! Das ist ein schönes, einfaches Hotel mit kleinen Zimmern. Aber man sollte dies den Gästen bei der Buchung ehrlich aufzeigen. Dies ist von Booking.com nicht ganz fair. Wir hätten dies niemals gebucht, hätten wir gewusst, dass Frühstück nur draußen möglich ist (wir waren im Februar) und die Zimmer so klein sind.
Wir hatten nun super Glück mit dem Upgrade! Aber ich überlege mir ehrlich, ob ich noch mal über Booking.com buchen werde. Denn in diesem Fall ist das, was einem suggeriert wird, nicht das was es wirklich ist!

A huge thank you to Anthony for making our trip to Venice even more special! He was so kind and helpful, always taking the time to guide us and recommend amazing places to visit. The hotel was wonderful, our room was very clean, the whole place was beautiful, and the location ideal. We also loved the breakfast. We are so grateful for everything and can’t wait to come back. Beyond having a wonderful stay, it’s always such a joy to meet genuinely wonderful people like him.

Un endroit et des hôtes exceptionnels pour un séjour à Venise.
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé: quartier San Marco, proche de tout et proche d’un arrêt vaporetto mais en même temps dans une rue calme où on n’est pas dérangés par le bruit. L’hôtel est très bien décoré et très propre. Et surtout les hôtes sont très agréables et sympathiques.

Rien, c’était très bien.

Great stay
Pros:

Wonderful hotel. Lovely and quiet. Great location. We would have a continental breakfast outside in front of the hotel, which was good. Highly recommend.
