Clean, not badly located, and with a good breakfast, but with some issues

Location and staff. Decent breakfast.

Cons:

You need to ask the clerk to switch on/off the a/c, which is neither comfortable, nor practical. The access, through a very narrow street, is dark and, since it’s also the path to reach other lodgings, some rooms become really noisy.
Someone had pee and didn’t flush the toilett, apart from leaving stains on the floor. That was absolutely annoying.

We were told that the lock had just broken and not to lock the door. Despite assuring someone would repair it the next day, during our three night staying nobody did it.

Um hotel excelente…
Pros:

Tudo ótimo, quarto lindo, perto da estação, da pra fazer tudo a pé. Um café da manhã maravilhoso. Ar condicionado bom, cama confortável, chuveiro quentinho. Recomendo muito!

Pros:

L'emplacement, le calme, la sympathie du personnel. Le café au petit déjeuner (Nespresso)

Cons:

Mauvaise insonorisation. Les chambres mériteraient un gros rafraîchissement. Manque de certains objets de base: pas de porte papier WC, pas de porte serviette, aucune armoire de rangement dans la salle de bain. Le "matelas" du lit d'appoint est de mauvaise qualité. (Chambre de 3).
