Everything: location was easy to find & close proximity to train/bus, comfortable room & temperature (air conditioning!), cute balcony, lovely breakfast, helpful staff (thanks Nicolo!)
Nothing- there’s no elevator, so you have to haul luggage up/down stairs, but this is clearly stated in the hotel description, so you are well aware of this before booking.

Hotel muito bem localizado, próximo da estação de comboio e dos barcos. Pequeno almoço muito bom, com muita variedade. O atendimento do pessoal também foi impecável. Quarto com bom tamanho e casa de banho também.

The staff was very friendly. The room service was very surprising, as I had left a bit of a mess in the room, and when we came back, everything was tidy, including my clothes (however, the room wasn't locked). The price was a bit expensive, but we went during a really busy period. It's not far from the station, and there are some restaurants around. Breakfast was good..
The coffee machine at breakfast was amazing but not easy to use, which was very frustrating for the ladies who looked after the breakfast area. Beds. Could feel the pain of mattress springs for many hours.
