Venezia, una vacanza indimenticabile
Pros:

L'accoglienza dello staff è stata cordiale e puntuale; la colazione servita è buona, varia, dolce e salata, fatta di prodotti freschi, con una vasta scelta di caffè. L'albergo si trova a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria di S. Lucia ed anche dalle fermate dei vaporetti. Raggiungere il centro di Venezia è una passeggiata tra le atmosfere affascinanti di una città che non ha eguali. E tra un palazzo storico ed una calle pittoresca c'è modo di trovare moltissimi locali tipici dove degustare le specialità veneziane e negozi in cui trovare i souvenir più caratteristici.

"Remanso a pasos del bullicioso barrio Cannaregio".
Pros:

Me gusta todo.
Su ubicación estratégica a pasos de Stazione Santa Lucía y de Fermata Ferrovías (vaporetto y venta de tickets).La calidez y atención del personal. Las camas muy cómodas y su desayuno con óptimo café.

Cons:

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en Villa Rosa. Muy recomendable.

Pros:

Habitación limpia todos los días y el buffet del desayuno muy bueno.

Cons:

Que la cama de matrimonio fueran dos camas juntas, donde la zona del medio se hace incómoda para dormir.

Nice enough hotel but wouldnt return

The location was nice and the hotel was clean and bed comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast was very mediocre. Scrambled eggs were terrible as was the processed meat. The staff were pleasant however on checking out the receptionist insisted we pay tourist tax when I had told her we'd already paid it and that one guest is disabled so is exempt. She kept insisting it was italian law that tourist pay the tax. I eventually got my receipt to show that we had paid the the tax at the previous accommodation and that tourist only pay for the first 5 days and that all. I was on my way to visit someone in hospital so I could have done with the receptionist causing a delay.

La posizione di questo hotel è perfetta per chi vuole visitare le diverse zone di Venezia, muovendosi con vaporetto oppure a piedi. Il personale è stato gentilissimo ed accogliente. In particolare modo le due signore che si occupano della colazione. Ci siamo sentiti a casa.

Cons:

Unica pecca un po' di odore sgradevole che usciva dalle tubature del bagno.
