Emplacement parfait pour visiter Venise
Pros:

L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter Venise tout en restant dans un quartier relativement calme. Vaporetto pour l'aéroport et pour les îles très proches. Literie confortable et chambre propre. Le personnel est accueillant. Je recommande ce petit hôtel sans hésitation.

Nuestro tren salia a las 7.26 y el desayuno era a las 7.30. El dia anterior avisamos, dejaron anotado, nos dijeron que solo podíamos a esa hora usar la maquina de café pero al final estaba parte del desayuno y nos dejaron desayunar antes de irnos, no nos limitaron por ser las 6.50

J'ai aimé vraiment l'emplacement, pas loin de la station de train Venezia santa Lucia. Vraiment Pour un hôtel à 2 étoile je le conseil vivement à tout le monde. Le cadre était propre, le personnel très courtois, mon fils a vraiment aimé la chambre surtout la sale de bain. Si je retourne à Venezia je choisirai encore cet hôtel.

Die Lage

Cons:

Es war sehr heiß. Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert und es gab Mücken im Zimmer. Das Zimmer hat eine Renovierung nötig.

Repetiría si volviera a Venecia por el precio- calidad

El desayuno esta bien, hay un poco de todo , sin excesos, ni mucha variedad, el café muy bueno.
La ubicación perfecta a 8 min aprox de la estación de autobuses andando y en medio de todo

Do not recommend to anyone
Cons:

I would never recommend staying at this hotel. There is no elevator, which already makes the stay difficult, especially with heavy luggage, but that was not even the worst part. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and openly lied to us.
When we asked why we had not been informed about the lack of an elevator and the fact that our room was on a very high floor, they claimed that this information was included in the booking details, which it was not. Our reservation was non-refundable, and when we asked to be moved to a lower floor because we had a lot of luggage, we were told there were no rooms available and that they could not do anything.
Later, after we submitted a complaint to Booking, we were told that the hotel had supposedly offered help and a move to a lower floor, which was simply not true. In reality, no such help was ever offered, and our request was refused. The staff were blatantly lying throughout the whole situation, which made the experience even worse.
The walls are very thin, and there seem to be no real noise restrictions. At night, other guests were shouting and making noise, which made it very hard to sleep. When we were leaving with our luggage, nobody helped us either. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are many much better hotels in Venice for the same price.
