Non la consiglio a nessuno un incubo

Very unprofessional hotel. Stayed 3 nights 5-8 November and the hotel reserved the room rental before my arrival and charged my credit card both the deposit and payment of the room at the reception upon arrival. Have tried to contact the hotel regarding this double payment. The hotel does not respond to e-mail, telephone or Whatsup. Very, very bad managed. Probably won't get my money back.

Arrivati alle 14 per il Check-in, la camera non era pronta, ma nessun problema, abbiamo aspettato 10 minuti e le camere c’erano.
Abbiamo prenotato per 9 persone ..3 camere da 3 persone… al nostro soggiorno eravamo in 8 e ci hanno dato 2 camere invece di 3 senza chiedere se ci andasse bene…. Avremmo accettato, capisco che in periodo di alta stagione una camera in più fa comodo,ma sarebbe stato più giusto chiederlo

I have been in this Hotel for a week. Everything in the Hotel was awesome, the breakfast has a very high quality.
It‘s 50 meters far from the beach and the main attraction of Rimini. WE WILL DEFINITLY come back the next year !

Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich freundlich und bemüht einem zu helfen! Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Meer, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants= tolle Lage! Immer wieder gern...

Frigo non funzionante, televisione senza telecomando(per 2 giorni presi in giro dicendo ve lo portiamo). Qualità prezzo cmq ok

Personale gentilissimo, struttura in ottima posizione e ad un prezzo davvero eccellente! Tornerò sicuramente.

Comfortable and friendly place to stay next to the beach and great restaurant around the corner. Very helpful staff with great information about where to eat, what to see and do. Perfect for a beach holiday, would highly recommend.

The perfect location near the beach! A lovely family operated hotel, close to everything. The owners are really friendly and helpful. Clean, good breakfast and easy parking.
3 minutes walk to the beach, and restaurants.. Supermarket a few minutes away by foot.

We stayed just for one night passing by Rimini on our way home from holidays. The lady at the front desk was really friendly at check in, but forgot to give us important information e.g. check out time or WiFi password. The room was dark (only lights on nightstands) and quite old fashioned. Furthermore, the bathroom was really smelly and not well cleaned (hair in the drain). Overall there are for sure better Options in this price category!

There was everything ok, clean room, perfect breakfast, very friendly people in reception and in hotel, they tried to do everything for my best stay here. It is close to the centrum and also to the sea, near to the bus.
