Agradável estadia
Pros:

Gostei muito, da simpatia das pessoas que nos atenderam, da localização: perto do Vaticano, a 900m da estação de metro e do supermercado. Também gostei das condições do apartamento e do facto de possuir uma kitchenette.

Cons:

As instalações não são modernas, já possuem alguns anos, com algumas deficiências em questões de luxo e comodidades, que no entanto são colmatadas pelos pontos positivos indicados.

Horrible, avoid at all costs.

Cons:

The photos are very misleading and in reality our room looked awful. Even the receptionist said that the pictures are for illustrative purposes. We left after an hour, because the room was dirty, very dark and it didn’t feel comfortable to stay there at all. There were footprints on the walls, the curtain hanger was falling off and it wasn’t even possible to go out on the balcony as it seems in the pictures, because there was a fence. Pillowcases were with stains and bathroom had mold. We had this place booked for seven days but they didn’t give us back a refund. As well as the area of this hotel is very untidy and wouldn’t recommend walking at night. Avoid this place.

Siamo venuti per qualche giorno, in famiglia. Siamo stati accolti gentilmente dal proprietario, che ci ha offerto dell'acqua. Tutto è andato bene. Abbiamo rifiutato la pulizia della camera perché abbiamo trascorso quasi tutta la giornata in escursione. Il giorno dopo, al nostro ritorno in hotel, abbiamo trovato i nostri bagagli spostati in un altro angolo della stanza una delle valigie gettata per terra e la porta lasciata aperta, non chiusa a chiave. Questo ci ha molto infastidito.

Pros:

The Perfect Base for Exploring Rome

Our family of four found this to be the ideal base for our Rome vacation. When you visit a city like this, you spend all your time out exploring, so having a convenient place to return to is a must. This location delivered perfectly.

Being just two metro stops from the Vatican and so close to the metro line made navigating the city a breeze. It served as a great home base for seeing all the landmarks. It offers easy connection to Termini station which made our day trip to Naples effortless.

The staff were incredibly helpful, and having the option of secure, paid (small overnight fee applies) parking right in front of the building was a huge convenience for us. The apartment itself was spacious, calm, and quiet - exactly what we needed to recharge.

If you’re looking for a practical, well-located spot that offers great value while you’re out enjoying the city, this is a fantastic choice.

Pros:

Reception area was pleasant and the receptionist Henry seemed helpful

Cons:

The room was disgustingly unhygienic!
Stains on the pull out bed.
Cupboards hanging off the hinges.
Sink unit barely attached.
Mould in the toothbrush holder, on the windows and all over the shower area- even the shower head had mould and hairs attached to it.
Footprints on the walls
Dampness on the ceiling
The list is endless.
Left here after 30 mins and was told by receptionist the pics and videos I showed him of the room were unacceptable, to send them via email to the hotel and the owner would sort a refund. When contacted booking.com on the matter however when they asked the hotel about the issues they were denied and we were left out of pocket for a hotel we never spent as much as an hour in.

Worst hotel I have ever been in. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Luckily for the hotel videos cannot attach to the review but they have been passed on to booking.com and the relevant authorites

I proprietari gentilissimi. Abbiamo soggiornato in 10 in occasione di un concerto, nonostante abbiamo avuto un problema che ci ha fatto ritardare ci hanno aspettato fino a mezzanotte inoltrata per il check-in.
