In primis la pulizia, poi la posizione tranquilla, la vista sul lago, la squisita gentilezza e disponibilità della proprietaria.

Pros:

Posizione ottima, a 5 minuti di macchina da Passignano, località molto bella. Bellissima la vista del lago dalla nostra camera. Parcheggio davanti la struttura.

Struttura ben arredata, balcone con vista lago, colazione OK, camera accogliente.

Cons:

Tende oscuranti finestra non efficiente (arriva troppa luce) e si sente un pò il rumore del traffico della Superstrada

Una delizia sul lago Trasimeno

Questo luogo rappresenta una sicurezza per chi dovesse andare in quelle zona dell’Umbria, la proprietaria che lascia le chiavi sul bancone fino al nostro arrivo ( mezzanotte) rappresenta e da’ l’idea della struttura

Camera rumorosa , impossibile dormire .

Letto duro e sconnesso
Phon rotto
Luce con interruttori che sfrigolavano dal niente
Insonorizzazione inesistente . Si sentivamo i vicini divertirsi e le auto passare sulla vicinissima autostrada.

Parcheggio insufficiente per l'hotel .
Quindi andrebbe specificato che c'é la possibilità di dover lasciare l'auto su una strada totalmente buia di notte.

Ah dimenticato doccia che aveva il microfono rotto e copriwater semirotto

Buona soluzione per il periodo apr-ott

Cordialità del personale, posizione, vista dalla finestra, camera spaziosa, livello di pulizia nella camera

Cons:

Freddo nella camera (riscaldamento a staffetta elettrica che mi è stata data alla reception) e nel bagno. Anche se c'erano coperte aggiuntive in dotazione ho dovuto dormire con la stufa accesa per tutta la notte, non era il massimo della sicurezza.
