Pros:

I recently stayed at this hotel and truly appreciated the hospitality and kindness of the team. The staff was welcoming and attentive, which made my stay pleasant and comfortable.

One of the things I liked most is the historic character of the building. You can genuinely feel its charm and legacy, and that gives the property a unique personality that newer hotels simply do not have. It is a comfortable place to rest, and I appreciated the opportunity to experience a building with so much history.

Cons:

That said, I do believe the property would benefit from a little more care and attention to detail. Some areas could use touch-ups and maintenance to help the hotel truly shine and reflect the beauty of its historic character. With a bit more investment and “love,” this place has the potential to become something truly special while preserving its legacy for many years to come.

It would also be wonderful if the hotel offered a small restaurant or café on site. Having a convenient place for breakfast or a light meal. They do have one but is really light very light it would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

Molto conveniente, ottimo per una notte
Pros:

L’hotel è in un’ottima posizione. Il letto era comodo e la stanza calda. C’erano a disposizione tanti asciugamani e c’erano molte prese per ricaricare. Nel bagno era presente un phone grande e c’erano anche tanti saponi. La colazione era completa.

Cons:

Non c’era il bidet e l’arredamento di bagno e stanza era datato. La pulizia non era ottima, c’era molta polvere soprattutto in bagno. É comunque un due stelle e il prezzo era davvero conveniente.

Schönes, sauberes, zentral gelegenes Hotel, das den Charme der Arona-Altstadt wiederspiegelt :)
Pros:

Die Lage ist hervorragend, mitten in der Altstadt, die Bus- Bashaltestellen, der Bahnhof und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer ansperchbar. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist nicht zu empfehlen. Es gibt nichts frisch zubereitetes außer Kaffee, sonst nur abgepakte süße Broiche und Crossaints. Man sollte lieber irgendwo im Städtchen lecker frühstücken.
