Pros:

We booked the rate which includes a 3-course dinner and were extremely impressed by the dinner! The hotel has an amazing location, it's within walking distance from Paleis het Loo and the rooms are nice and spacious. The staff was very attentive and professional. This is probably the very best place to stay in the area and we'll be happy to come back.

Cons:

The room was a bit cold. Everything else was great.

Top-Lage, schönes Design, tolle Zimmerausstattung, gutes Restaurant, empfehlenswerte Halbpension, nette Mitarbeiter, entspannte Atmosphäre

Cons:

Heizung im Winter offenbar überfordert, Zimmer kalt, als Ersatz ein lauter Heizlüfter - geht in der Hotelkategorie leider gar nicht, auch wenn das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Offenbar ein grundsätzliches Problem, weil die Rückmeldung aus mehreren Zimmern kam. Zimmer unter dem Gym schwierig, weil Fitnessgeräte sehr laut zu hören bis in die späte Nacht. Vielleicht besser den Winter meiden und bei der Buchung nach Zimmern mit Abstand zum Gym bitten.

Das Haus hatte seine Zeit und es gibt diverse besser Hotels in Apeldoorn!
Pros:

Zimmer nach Renovierung deutlich besser als zuvor.

Cons:

Das Frühstück, nur weil wenige Gäste vor Ort sind, passt nicht mehr zu Preis. Auswahl zu eingeschränkt.
Sauna und Pool seit Monaten im Umbau.
Das ganze hotel ist zu alt, in den Zimmer friert man, da keine Heizung, sondern nur Aircondition und am zweiten Tag kein warmes Wasser in der Dusche!. Ein ziemliche Frechheit, dann noch den vollen Preis zu nehmen und sich damit zu entschuldigen, das etwas nicht funktioniert hat irgendwo. Blamabel und unakzeptabel und sehr arrogant und herablassend wirkende Rezeption.

Bittergarnituur

Cons:

Het feit dat mijn vriendin en ik niet getipt werden om een plaats in het restaurant te reserveren, waardoor we pas om 20h15 terecht konden voor het avondeten. Veel te laat! We hebben daarom wat bittergarnituur besteld.

Geen fijne communicatie over geen gym . Toen ik vroeg of we dan ter compensatie even een uurtje een fiets konden krijgen om naar een restaurant te gaan was dat niet mogelijk en werd dat verzoek ter compensatie geweigerd op een zeer onaangename manier. . Om 8 uur in de ochtend werden we door de verbouwing wakker met gehoor en lawaai echt niet aangenaam.
Ik ben veel in het verleden geweest in het hotel wegens mijn werkzaamheden bij PHL en was zeer onaangenaam verrast van de manier waarop we werden behandeld.

Het ontbijt was wat je hoopt als je incl. ontbijt boekt bij een hotel.

Cons:

Helaas werd zowel de fitness ruimte als het zwembad gerenoveerd en waren er geen alternatieven ingericht.
