Excelente en todo!! Está muy bien ubicado!! Se puede llegar caminando a un montón de lugares!! Tiene buena conexión de trenes, autobús y metro. El desayuno está súper bien!! Muy cuidados los detalles y, lo mejor, la atención del personal, especialmente Salvatore!!
Close to the Garibaldi station, Alibus bus stop (airport transfers), close to the centre. Some of the staff were nice. Upon check in, we got a map and were given tips on what to visit.
The area is not safe at all (caught three pickpockets in the area within four days), restaurants which are nearby are not great, extremely dirty location. For breakfasts your choices are: croissant, a small bread, yoghurt, two kinds of cereal, two kinds of juice and two different kinds of pastry. Taken the price into account, awfully bad breakfasts (in Rome we stayed in a hotel cheaper than this, in better area and the breakfasts were phenomenal).
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Facile da trovare con Maps dalla stazione. Check in veloce e personale sempre disponibile. Aria condizionata funzionante. Colazione buona. Mi sono trovata bene come passaggio a Napoli di 1 notte prima dell'aereo.

Albergo datato ma pulito e ben tenuto nelle vicinanze della stazione centrale di Napoli. La sua posizione è ottima per visitare la città e i dintorni, soprattutto se ci si muove in treno.
La zona, data la vicinanza alla stazione, non è delle più sicure e silenziose. Vista l’età la struttura è priva di qualsiasi tipo di isolamento acustico, quindi si viene disturbati dal rumore della strada e delle altre camere.

Location close to the train station and city center. Sufficient breakfast. Clean rooms with air conditioning. Possibility to store luggage on the last day.
The day receptionist told us that we could keep our room keys with us. The night receptionist was rude to us because he said that the keys had to be left at the reception.
