The water pressure in the shower was low.
The hotel is in an ideal position - less than 10minutes from the station and also within 10 minutes of the main piazza’s and Il Duomo.

The main plus of the hotel is its location, within walking distance of all the attractions. It is an old but clean hotel, cleaned every day and quite well. The room was small (112) but had a nice little balcony. The breakfast is not very varied, but you will not go hungry, the staff is quite friendly. It is an old, clean, average hotel in a good location.

Clean, comfortable, well situated for key locations with a cute rustic room aesthetic. The staff were all also very pleasant and supportive, allowing us to leave bags before heading to our next stop in Florence.
Water pressure was poor and inconsistent. The room facilities were not great at all. The area is also loud and plagued by the local students in the evenings. Dispite not being local to a big bar or so on, it is a busy street for both foot and vehicle traffic.
Breakfast was poor & I would highly recommend eating out.

Excellent location and very helpful staff who all speak English which was helpful to us. The fact the hotel has an elevator is welcome. The breakfast is good and plentiful. It’s easy to walk to the major sites in Central Florence, the Santa Maria Novella Train Station, and the Piazzale Montelungo from which my tour buses depart.
Hotel is very nice and the room for Italy was large. Hotel front desk spoke great English and lobby is staffed 24 hours. the hotel is super convenient to the Florence train station - less than a 10 minute walk - go straight of out of the train station and hang a left on the road and hotel is 10 minutes down on your right. Hotel is next to all the main attractions in city center. theres a wonderful food market to blocks away that had an amazing food court. Great selection of food and drinks for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The hotel was very clean, staff is super friendly.
Bed could of been a little softer.
