Pros:

mooi hotel,zeer netjes,heel vriendelijk personeel, dus een heel fijn verblijf

Cons:

klein dingetje is parkeren niet echt bij het hotel maar wel goed te doen wat afstand betreft

Nice location disappointing service
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location

Cons:

There was no service to empty bins or refresh towels, yet we were charged a daily service charge for our 4 day stay.
We we only had enough coffee for 4 cups. These were not topped up. After asking twice at reception I finally managed to get some more at the end of our stay.
The remote for the TV needed new batteries.
The hotel was sold as a 4 star hotel, through tired decoration and poor service it really wasnt

geweldige, verzorgde indruk van 's ochtends vroeg tot 's avonds laat.
Pros:

Personeel was uitermate vriendelijk en geïnteresseerd, reageerde positief op iedere wens of verzoek, en gaf daardoor een "luxe" gevoel. Bij het zeer intercontinentale ontbijt was ook ruim glutenvrije brood aanwezig.
Helaas waren er wel rode en op de juiste temperatuur gekoelde witte wijnen aanwezig, maar niet de door mij geliefde Prosecco. Volgende keer zou ik maar even vooraf moeten waarschouwen, géén probleem.

Cons:

Kapstok bij kamerdeur, zodat snel jas ophangen en hoed niet vergeten mogelijk is (K. 131).
ER is met geen mogelijkheid nog iets negatiefs te melden.

Kamer was heel klein, totaal geen ruimte om uit bed te stappen, bed heel klein, badkamer ruikt niet fris, wij waren anders gewend in deze hotel!!!!
