An adequate hotel room for a limited visit.
Pros:

The breakfast was ok - continental served in a basement room. Our room was clean and everything worked.

Cons:

Not much soundproofing- you could hear other room doors and conversations clearly. The breakfast staff were cranky and not happy when we helped ourselves to coffee a few minutes early.

Pros:

Super accueil, personnel charmant, petit déjeuner copieux. Hôtel très bien situé, propre et matelas confortable.

Cons:

Chambre un peu exiguë, mais ce n'est pas grave pour visiter Londres !

Pros:

Good location

Cons:

Very small room with space taken up by 2largish single beds. No room to sit in chair. Might be alright for a single person. Lift out of order and stairs were a struggle. Basic help yourself breakfast. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Fantastic value for money
Pros:

All the staff from desk to cleaners were super friendly the hotel is a great location just a short walk from Baker Street station and the whole place was very clean. Fantastic value for money.

Great location very close to baker street underground station. perfect for exploring the city.

Nice hotel, clean, comfortable and very central, perfect for exploring the city.

Cons:

We were staying on the 4th floor and the lift was not working, it was a bit of a trek up and down the stairs, not ideal with bags and for older people. breakfast was very limited, no fruit apart from apples no porridge and no egg cups for the boiled eggs!!!!

Pros:

L'hôtel est idéalement bien placés à côté du métro, bus ce qui permet d'aller rapidement dans certains quartiers.

La literie est plutôt confortable.

Ce qui a été un plus c'est notre arrivée le matin avec notre chambre qui était déjà disponible !

Cons:

Petit bémol sur la chambre triple qui est petite avec de la moquette au sol qui pourrait être évité pour les personnes ayant des allergies.
Le petit déjeuner est bon mais pas assez variés et il n y avait plus certain produits à 9h sans alternative. Le personnel du petit déjeuner prenait la vaisselle sur notre table alors qu'on était encore en train de manger.

Cons:

The room is tiny. The stock room picture is definitely misleading. It will be very uncomfortable unless you travel solo. The elevator was out of service throughout my stay

Pros:

The beds were very comfortable, excellent location for visiting London. Very helpful friendly staff.

Cons:

Room was very small especially in our triple room with 3 big suitcases but we made it work. Front desk stored our suitcase out of the way which was great.

Cons:

Broken a/c
Broken fridge
Dangerous window sill.
All reported on day 1 and no attempt made to fix any of them by departure on morning 3.
This was an upgraded room. at extra cost. No offer of even the upgrade cost being refunded due to the above.
