For the money and rating of the hotel, I am happy that I didn't got a cold.
Pros:

The Hotel has a very good location but this all about it. Every ask was like, sorry, we can't change or do anything...

Cons:

Arrived I got a room near the entrance. I complaint as it was very cold and then I got a room at the 4th floor. The room was cold and heading works only if you have the card plugged in. So imagine when you are coming back. Also for shower the warm water takes more than 20min. The safe was closed and not ready to use.

Great location
Pros:

A perfect base for an overnight stay as a family for a theatre trip.

We were in room 44 which was clean, modern and had a lovely bathroom with standing shower too. The lift up to the higher floor was welcome and the staff were polite and helpful upon check in.

Good quality WiFi meant I could work from my room no issues at all and we had a good, well balanced breakfast before check out too with lot of choice.

Will definitely return.

Ideal location for walking around London. Smashing restaurants and facilities around the corner
Pros:

Room was small but perfect. Staff were lovely and helpful. Location was ideal and the hotel easy to find. Could not be better. Lift was small but fine for 2 people and luggage.Breakfast was very good.
