Central location for Earls Court and easy access by tube to other London attractions. Well maintained, appointed and decorated. Friendly staff.
Classic twin room was small and cramped as was the en suite. Only 1 bedside lamp and beds were either end of the room. Only 2 double sockets to accommodate bedside lamp, coffee machine, phone chargers hairdryers etc and one of the sockets was located BEHIND THE WARDROBE. It was stated that bathrobes and slippers be provided. We had to ask for them twice before they were brought to the room. Would not recommend for a stay longer than a couple of nights.
Excellent location- and well appointed room. Very helpful staff. Good value happy hour at the bar.
Good hot and cold buffet breakfast, however I was very disappointed (angry) that they had no bacon (not acceptable for an English breakfast in the English capital). The server was very apologetic and said they’d have some tomorrow (not much use when you’re only staying one night)

Rooms were small. Didn’t like the decor. Shower leaked out into the bedroom, soaking the carpet and the heating didn’t work

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Preis-Leistung war gut, weil wir nur 50% = 100 sFr. zahlen musste. Der Normalpreis wäre überrissen gewesen für die 10 qm.
The location was great
I booked a roof with a terrace and pid extra for this, however I was not expecting to have a brick wall as my view - No view at all.

Breakfast was quite basic
We were celebrating my birthday and when we got in the room there were balloons and a bottle of fizz for me, it made my day extra special so thank you very much...it was much appreciated! Xx
