staff were lovely but booking .com needs to add tick box with rates of disability room size layout
Pros:

The location was great , the breakfast was very expensive for a bare basis bnb breakfast that was on offer, two pastry choice, very little choice for hot breakfast and fruit choice. The rashers were dry and not very fresh at 9am, a big shock when we aske for a fried egg and told we would have to pay €5.00 extra. the staff were lovely. and a little embraced

we stayed in a room that was so tight you could not get around the bed as it was wall to wall. my husband with a heart condition found the whole thing very difficut even getting a shower in a bath were the shower door came over the toliet. the worse room ever

The hotel itself was lovely

Cons:

The showers got water all over the bathroom floors. My bathroom door kept opening on its own. I hated that on check in I had to give an extra payment card and give loads of personal information. I feel that it's unnecessary and intrusive for what is a 1 night stay at a hotel

The property is located in a great location in the center. The apartment is nice clean and comfy bed The owner is so kind and professional. She helped us with everything we needed and we could have stayed longer and left our suitcases. We will definitely be back.

the kind service and location

there are no particular facilities that I could expect from a 5 star hotel. No filled fridge. The room is "pimped" but incredibly tiny.

Great location with subpar controls in the room.
Pros:

The location was great! Close to the tube which made it easy to walk around. I’m into fitness so there were plenty of fitness gyms around to join.

Cons:

The heater was on the entire time we stayed at the property even though it wasn’t cold. The weather did not warrant a heater being on. The thermostat in the room was all show as I was informed the system operates on one system. So it was difficult to sleep when I couldn’t stop sweating the entire time due to the heat in the room.
