Very happy and would recommend
Pros:

The location is excellent, short walk to Earls Court station but off the main road in a quiet neighborhood, opposite a fenced garden. Festive Christmas lights outside and in the lobby were welcoming. Staff team were friendly, courteous and super helpful (assisted with returning my online package). Breakfast was excellent and the interior decor is elegant. We stayed in the Crown Suite which is two rooms for 4 adults, interconnected with a small hallway, which suited is very well and is not an easy configuration to find.

Cons:

Very minor items only: the 2nd room is little bit tight for two adults (somewhat offset by its magnificent bathroom). Suggest please plug in the outside Christmas lights somewhere else - we unplugged them!

Londra è assolutamente fantastica, la città piu viva che abbia mai visitato.
Pros:

La posizione, è a due minuti dalla stazione di Earl's Curt, da dove puoi raggiungere ogni angolo di Londra. L'hotel è confortevole,e sopratutto lo staff si è dimostrato attento,, attivo e sempre gentile ed accogliente.

Nice hotel. Pricey and could be better designed in terms of room amenities.
Pros:

The hotel itself was lovely. Nice staff and great location. It just lacked a few basic things in the room. A coat hook. A tv that works. A kettle. A radio and a shelf or table for bedside table things.

Location was good close to shops and a drive to other central locations.

Cons:

Rooms underground are small. Small showers. It’s clean however the price needs to be way less than what they are charging for rooms which are in basement.

Incredible smart, professional comfy base. Great value.
Pros:

This is a brilliant location. The hotel is excellently presented, the team are supportive and the standard is high. The beds were insanely comfortable, coffee and facilities in the room were brilliant and the shower was too.

Cons:

The windows need a really good clean. The bar staff werent very friendly and the drinks could have been better. Originally they were going to provide birthday decorations, but this was forgotten. Aside from that its a brilliant stay.
