Very nice property. Close to transport. Good food options close by. Quiet and peaceful area to retreat to. Booked this last minute after previously booked accommodation was cancelled at the last minute. This was a perfect solution.
It is in a marvelous and beautiful neighborhood and very cllose to the Earls cout tube station. The staff was very nice ad helpful and the breakfast was a great way to start the day
The room was a bit small

Per noi che camminiamo era un po distante dal centro inteso come soho, piccadilly a piedi un po più di una ora, camera pulita ma ha la moquette pero non si può dire niente di male sono solo dettagli...mettete uno specchio in più e se non si e' proprio intimi con chi condividete la camera sappiate che la porta del bagno non resta del tutto chiusa😁
2 min walk to tube at Earls court. Staff v pleasant. V comfortable bed.If the noise from air system was gone, green ceiling light in room removed and gluten free options for breakfast supplied it would be a great place.
Very noisy air system in or outside room, even when AC was off. Strange green light security bulb in bedroom ceiling made room very bright at night. Hard to sleep. Limited options for gluten free breakfast. Only gluten free bread guaranteed. A few issues with room on arrival, soaking wet bathroom floor that I mopped up, leaking kettle but staff sorted the kettle on second ask.

Lite rom, I forholdet til beskrivelsen. Stod på booking, at det var 2 rom. Stue + soverom. Dette stemmer ikke.
5 Minuten Bus zur U-Bahn Station. Ruhige Lage
Eingang- und Essenbereich war zu viel gekühlt. War eher bereits zu kalt.
Doskonała lokalizacja w bocznej ulicy dzięki czemu jest cicho i spokojnie. Hotel jest stylowy, zadbany i czysty. Personel jest profesjonalny, bardzo życzliwy i zawsze uśmiechnięty. Byłam niezadowolona z jednej rzeczy ale problem został rozwiązany natychmiast,bez zbędnych pytań i ze zrozumieniem. Nie dano mi w ogóle odczuć że robię problem. Mój pokój był bardzo ładny i czysty. Łóżka są wygodne, pościel dobrej jakości, wi-fi i klimatyzacja działają bez zarzutu. Jest express na kapsułki, woda, szlafroki i kapcie. W hotelu jest bardzo klimatyczny bar z przemiłą obsługą choć niestety nie ma bezalkoholowych drinków. Zatrzymywałam się w kilku hotelach w okolicy ale ten jest zdecydowanie najlepszy i chętnie wrócę.
Jedynym minusem są bardzo kiiepskie śniadania. Produkty są sztuczne, pełne chemii i są bardzo niskiej jakości. Kawa też jest średnia.
Lovely comfy bed and bathroom was great with gorgeous fluffy towels and lovely products
Paid for an upgrade for a larger room but it was tiny. Had a terrace which was dirty and there were cigarette butt's on the floor.
The most friendly member of staff we met was the guy working nights on the reception desk. The girls weren't very friendly and weren't interested in the issues we raised

Bueno, para ser un desayuno Buffet debería tener algo mas de variedad en frutas y en la preparación de los huevos
el tamaño del baño, una tina que era muy incomoda, y dificil acceso
location very central, hotel well appointed with lovely lobby. Room was small but perfectly formed. Bathroom really nice and air conditioning quiet and effective
The only thing is that they stick rigorously to the check in time of 3pm and I only mention it because most hotels will let you into the room if it is ready. We were able to drop our bags off but we were heading out for an event and it meant we couldn't get ready in advance. I know it is the published check in time so it's not a complaint more than advice4 for other travellers. It was clear some rooms were ready and at 3pm there was a big queue of people at reception with 1 person on, giving everyone their keys . Even if they had let people into rooms from 2.30pm it would have made it a bit smoother.
