The hotel is in a great position close to two tramways into the centre of the city, about 25 minutes

Pros:

Quite convenient location to take tram 10, and also many restaurants around the street nearby.

Cons:

To get elevator, guest has to step up few on short stairs. Need a slope on stairs.

The stay was dirty, unfriendly, and unhelpful.
Cons:

The property was filthy. I am attaching photos. Handprints on the walls, holes in the sheets, stains on the sheets, dust and dirt in every corner. Additionally, the hotel would let us take our key with us, and said we had to leave the physical key with them every time we wanted to leave. They allow for no guests to enter the building (not even the lobby). The hotel staff (one singular man at the front desk) was incredibly unkind and unwelcoming. When we tried to book a room for our friend to stay at the same hotel, he didn’t understand us. This was before we went back upstairs to check our room. When we told him about the state of our room, he told us it wasn’t dirty. We showed him photos. He said he could get us new sheets. When I pointed out the walls, he told me “you don’t sleep on the walls.” Our Booking agent saved the day by staying on the phone with us until we were able to leave the property safely. She was amazing! (Juanita I believe)
