Pros:

La struttura è centralissima, di fianco a Plaza Mayor e a pochi passi da Puerta del Sol. Pulita, accogliente, essenziale. La pulizia della camera é giornaliera e la biancheria viene cambiata ogni giorno.
Non c’é la colazione ma ogni mattina viene lasciato un sacchetto fuori alla porta con un cornetto o un dolce, inoltre c’è una sala caffè aperta h24.
Alla reception ho trovato cordialità e gentilezza, oltre alla possibilità di lasciare i bagagli custoditi sia prima del check in che dopo il check out.

Cons:

La stanza è piccolissima ma non è un problema per un breve soggiorno.

We had a great time in Madrid because we had such a great hotel location wise and comfortability wise.

Sono molto soddisfatta della struttura e dell'esperienza!
Pros:

La posizione è fantastica, a due passi da Plaza Mayor e da molte attrazioni. L'hotel B&B non ha una sala per la colazione, ma un corner con macchinetta del caffè, biscotti, frutta... fantastico!

Cons:

La prima sera abbiamo trovato le lenzuola bucate, ma poi ce le hanno subito cambiate, per fortuna.

Localização muito boa, ao lado da Plaza Mayor. Central e possível de ir por toda cidade à pé.
Funcionário muito gentis. O fato de ter cafe e chá a disposição é um bônus

Cons:

É ao lado de uma igreja então as vezes o sino toca bem alto.

Muy bien situado, el personal amable, con una estancia con café zumos, galletas y fruta a la que podías acceder las 24 horas y una bolsita con 2 piezas de bollería todas las mañanas colgadas en el picaporte de la puerta. Un gran detalle.

Cons:

Al ser un edificio antiguo y por lo tanto protegido, para subir a nuestra habitación no había ascensor.
