Wonderful stay in Madrid
Pros:

Excellent location, and service.
The rooms are very nice and common areas very welcoming. Have coffee and snacks available 24hrs .
The staff is fantastic.

Cons:

Well as it is an older building , that was adapted to be a hotel , have you go through many stairs . But they are wide and comfortable.

Kaffee/Saft zum Frühstück sowie kleines Süssgebäck war enthalten.

Cons:

Leider wurde gerade die Fassade renoviert, so dass es bereits am Morgen lärmig war. Die Einrichtung war sehr knapp bemessen (nur 1 Stuhl und kleines Tischchen und kleiner Kleiderschrank).

Personale gentile, camera non all’altezza delle aspettative

L’hotel si presenta anche bene, ma appena entrati in camera abbiamo sentito un forte odore di prodotto chimico. Pensavamo fosse dovuto a recenti pulizie e non ce ne siamo preoccupati. Di notte la puzza persisteva e abbiamo dovuto tenere la finestra aperta tutto il tempo e il chiasso del centro (+ il caldo) non ci hanno fatto chiudere occhio. Approfondendo le recensioni dei clienti passati abbiamo notato che il problema è ben noto alla gestione. Il mattino seguente, presentato il problema, il personale dell’hotel è stato molto gentile e ci ha proposto di vedere un’altra camera, ma abbiamo preferito declinare l’offerta e cambiare hotel perdendo la quota di altri 2 giorni.

Inoltre, sono uscito di notte per mangiare qualcosa e la zona non è assolutamente bella, ci sono molti barboni anche ubriachi e la polizia che continua a passare con le sirene accese. Abbiamo già soggiornato nel centro di altre città e problemi simili non li abbiamo mai avuti.
Pensavamo davvero di vivere un’esperienza diversa.

Pros:

Situación, limpieza, hotel que cuida los detalles. Dejaron un detalle en el desayuno colgado a la puerta. Fruta disponible. La habitación individual era muy completa, con caja fuerte y mini bar. El personal muy amable, me dejé olvidada la cartera en la caja fuerte y me llamaron enseguida.
