Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, schöner Garten, alles sauber und sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Die Parkplätze sind viel zu klein/schmal. Mit einem etwas größeren Auto sind draußen die Parkplätze zu schmal, das selbe in der Tiefgarage. Zudem ist die Abfahrt zur Tiefgarage sehr steil, mit einem tieferen Auto unmöglich. Die Parkplätze draußen müssten dringend verbreitert werden.

Pros:

Obiekt umożliwia wiele form odpoczynku i aktywności: basen, jakuzzi, boisko do piłki nożnej, piłkarzyki, siatkówka, plac zabaw dla małych dzieci, brodzik, siłownia. Śniadania były urozmaicone, smaczne i pod dostatkiem. Restauracja hotelowa proponuje dobre dania w przystępnych cenach. Obsługa w hotelu przyjazna, życzliwa, ekspresowo rozwiązująca wszelkie problemy- szczególnie podziękowania dla Luca, ale wszyscy bardzo starali się o nasz komfort. Bardzo czysto, wszystko sprzątane na bieżąco. Otoczenie hotelu ciche, z bujną roślinnością, za to blisko ulicy z restauracjami i knajpkami. Hotel oddalony 5 min od jeziora. Świetna baza wypadowa dla wycieczek rowerowych i trekkingowych. Pierwszy raz chcę wrócić jeszcze raz w to samo miejsce

Air conditioned room. Very good breakfast. Free parking. Few hundred meters to Lake Garda beach. Good value for the price range. Pool, hot tub in the property.

Ein gelungener und schöner Urlaub.
Pros:

Das Frühstücksangebot ist hervorragend. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und die Lage genau richtig! Weit genug weg vom großen Trubel aber so nah, dass man den See zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten erreicht.

Pros:

Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter.
Ruhige Lage. Kurzer Weg ins Zentrum und zum See.
Barkeeper an der Bar am Abend👍
Unkomplizierte Umbuchung auf ein Upgrade mit Balkon.
Zimmerservice /Sauberkeit der Zimmer.

Cons:

Das Über das Buchungsportal Booking, ein Zimmer ohne Balkon vermittelt worden ist.
Gardasee im August ohne Balkon geht gar nicht. Lieber das Hotel direkt ansprechen, dann gibt es keine Überraschungen.
Frühstücksraum sehr frequentiert und überwärmt. Sofern Platz ist, kann man nach draußen ausweichen.
Waschbecken im Wohnraum / gewöhnungsbedürftig aus hygienischer Sicht.
Der Whirlpool war von der Anmutung des Wassers eine Katastrophe, trübe bzw .milchig.
Leider ist die Baustellen gegenüber noch immer nicht fertig.

Perfect holiday in a beautiful, convenient setting - loved it.
Pros:

Fantastic breakfast, lovely pool, lots for kids, friendly and knowledgeable staff, clean and spacious rooms, lots of personal touches and nothing too much trouble.

Cons:

Some of the bikes need a bit of care and selection for children was limited but there was no hire charge so can’t complain too much.
