Soggiorno molto piacevole
Pros:

Ho soggiornato presso Acta Splendid Hotel e l’esperienza è stata decisamente positiva. Pur essendo classificato come hotel a 3 stelle, la struttura dà l’impressione di un livello superiore.
Lo stile è moderno e accogliente, con ambienti curati e piacevoli. Il personale si è dimostrato sempre molto gentile e disponibile, contribuendo a rendere il soggiorno ancora più gradevole.
La posizione è uno dei punti di forza: l’hotel si trova vicino a Plaça Universitat e a circa 10 minuti a piedi da Plaça de Catalunya, vero cuore nevralgico della città e ottimo punto di partenza per visitare Barcellona.
Molto comoda anche la stanza dedicata al deposito bagagli, dotata di armadietti con combinazione, pratica e sicura soprattutto per chi ha orari di viaggio non allineati con il check-in o il check-out.

Acta not actually so Splendid
Pros:

Location was great which was why we picked the hotel. Beds were comfy and staff during the daytime were pleasant.

Cons:

The over night manager was a very unpleasant and unfriendly man. I have travelled extensively in the last decade and I honestly can’t remember anyone like him. He made you feel judged for coming back into the hotel gone midnight. One of the annoying things to be aware of is the only way to get back into the hotel during the night is by this guy letting you in - there is no key card access.

Further to this the soundproofing in the rooms is poor and the showers aren’t designed well so overflow very easily.

Me and my friend will definitely not be staying in this hotel when we come to Barcelona again!

Een fijn hotel op een goede locatie in Barcelona!
Pros:

Het hotel was erg schoon en ziet er super mooi uit! De badkamer was super, fijne douche en voldoende ruimte. Ook de bedden waren fijn.

Cons:

Jammer dat ons raam uitkeek op een soort gekke binnenplaats, we konden niet echt een raam open zetten of luchten.
