Pros:

Perfect location to explore the town of Bagni di Lucca and the surrounding area.
The breakfast was fabulous with varied options of sweet and savoury and given the weather being able to eat in the garden was an added bonus.

A wonderful place to stay with amazing staff.
Pros:

The staff were all great, friendly and welcoming. Location made it so easy to walk to town. The pool was fabulous and kept tidy and clean.

Brilliant, friendly owner and staff make the stay even better.
Pros:

Best breakfast we had in the town. But like many holiday destinations it is the staff that make it, and Roberto the owner, is magnificent. Fair, relaxed and on hand, whilst leading a great team.

Cons:

De locatie van het hotel zelf was prima. Echter, het hotel en de kamers zagen er wat gedateerd uit ten ozpcihte van de foto's. De kamers waren opzich wel schoon maar de bedden erg hard. Wij hadden gevraagd om om 07:30 te ontbijten. Er werd aangegeven dat dit kon en zelfs de avond van het inchecken werd dit nog bevestigd. Echter, toen wij om 07:30 aankwamen bij het ontbijt stond dit nog helemaal niet klaar en werden wij ronduit onbeleefd behandeld. Het ontbijt zag er goeduit maar hier hebben wij dus niks van kunnen eten. Een teleurstelling.

Pros:

The staff go above and beyond to look after your needs. I had communication with Roberto through WhatsApp before we arrived so he could answer my many questions and assist with bookings. During our stay we could order drinks round the pool with huge snacks which was completely unexpected. A great place to stay at a very reasonable price.

Pros:

The hotel owner is an extremely charming man - very helpful, polite. The customer service as a whole was superb and you couldn’t have asked for more. Beautiful spot.

Cons:

I booked a room for 3 adults and a double room for adult l don't know what happened but he said it was only booked for 2 adults so l had to pay an extra 600 euros for the room for 3 adults. When I booked the room the price was 1,315,18 euros landed up paying 2,212,16 euros witch l certainly wasn't happy about. He is not a nice person. I would like my 600 euros back from him

Pros:

Un'atmosfera retrò con gli accorgimenti del presente. La colazione nel giardino rilassante accompagnata da un cinguettio degli uccelli non ha eguali....
La chicca una piscina con idromassaggio molto molto bella.
Ma la differenza l'hanno fatta sicuramente le persone: ambiente professionale ma con il calore e la passione della famiglia proprietaria della struttura. In primis Roberto.

Cons:

La camera che ci è capitata era su strada e non all'interno sulla piscina. La prossima volta,che sicuramente ci sarà, la chiederemo espressamente.

Heerlijke hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel!
Pros:

Prachtig hotel met heel vriendelijk personeel, heerlijk zwembad en fantastisch ontbijt! De ligging is ook fijn! Goede plek van waaruit je de vele dorpjes kunt bezoeken.

Cons:

Matras was een beetje doorgezakt.
