Nickel mais dommage pour la fausse note
Pros:

La note globale aurait dû être supérieure mais un événement particulier la rabaisse à 3. En effet, l’emplacement est parfait face au lac (même si notre chambre donnait de l’autre côté), très silencieux bien insonorisé, le petit déjeuner est copieux, et la chambre est confortable.

Cons:

Le seul hic que nous avons eu, et que j’ai dû montrer à l’accueil, c’est de la matière fécale sur le pommeau de douche. Incompréhensible sur la façon dont c’est arrivé là et que ce ne soit pas nettoyé alors que le reste était parfait. La jeune femme a été réactive et a carrément mis un pommeau neuf. Mais l’hygiène étant une règle d’or, ce détail odorant qui plus est ne peut pas valider une note supérieure.

Pros:

J ai demandé a ce que ma chambre soit prête plus tôt et tout était prêt a mon arrivée hâtive, le personnel était attentionné, notre chambré etait d une propreté impeccable et quoi dire de la vue époustouflante, également en terminant les déjeuners était copieux et très bon, je recommenderai cette établissement.

Great location and lovely staff.
Pros:

Location was amazing! Views of the lake! Staff were very friendly. Room was spotlessly clean and good air con. Room had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. Enjoyed the balcony!
