Très bon séjour. À conseiller.
Pros:

La propreté,le personnel,le petit-déjeuner très copieux,varié et de qualité,la piscine,le petit frigo avec un freezer,les bons plats du dîner,le calme.

Cons:

La distance,à pied,entre l’hôtel et le centre-ville de Menaggio (environ 15 minutes par des rues et des escaliers qui montent)

I would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Great breakfast and the staff in morning and evening were very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was refreshing and clean.

Cons:

Shower was a little small and didn’t drain well.

Great price - value option.
Pros:

Super friendly staff. Short walk down the village center. After a good dinner it might be a little challenging to get back up 😉, but nonetheless good calories burn. Place has a pool, restaurant and you can reserve a parking spot.

Izjemno prijazni, nudijo večerjo, kar je super. Zajtrk nad pričakovanjem!
Nisem pričakovala, da je pot od hotela pa do obale izjemno dolga in je res ogromno stopnic so brez oklevanja ob klicu odpeljali starejšo osebo do hotela, kar sem zares hvaležna!

Sobe so malce zastarele, ampak nudijo vso komoditeto.

Just what you want when you stay in a family run hotel in Italy.
Pros:

An exceptional stay and not just because of the beautiful location. The family owners and staff were absolutely first class in every respect and it was exactly what you want from a short holiday in a family hotel in incredible Italy. They support your every request and need with 100% enthusiasm.
One aspect that was as good as it gets anywhere and I am being serious when I mention the old Waldorf Astoria in NYC was the fantastic variety of local food that was arranged so beautifully for breakfast.

Cons:

They couldn't get AC Milan to win an important game a few days earlier. ;-)

A relaxing stay with great staff, excellent food, and a lovely pool in beautiful Menaggio.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, with a refreshing pool that was perfect after a day around Lake Como. The breakfast offered a huge variety of choices and everything was fresh and tasty. The staff was always kind, welcoming, and helpful whenever we needed anything. We also really enjoyed the dinner options at the hotel.

Cons:

The hotel is a bit uphill from the ferry and town center, so the walk takes around 15 minutes and can be tiring after a long day so be ready if you carry luggages. However, it was manageable and worth it for the peaceful atmosphere.
