Friendly staff, great breakfast, superb location.
Pros:

Breakfast is fabulous, amazing range with homemade products constantly refreshed. The pool was clean next to the bar and great to cool off in. The room was spacious, clean and authentically decorated, with a fridge. The staff were very attentive pleasant and really helpful a stand out feature for me.

Cons:

It seems expensive but it’s lake como, menaggio so you pay a premium to stay in this amazing location.

Varmt och vackert .
Pros:

Det var rent och välstädat.

Cons:

Inte särskilt barnvänligt. Inga täcken i sängen utan bara lakan . Grannen hade skällande hund som var störande. Ingen mad på hotellet utan man var tvungen att förbeställa .

lovely stay in the hills of menaggio with great facilities and lovely staff
Pros:

clean and good facilities, nice pool area. staff very friendly and breakfast was excellent!

Cons:

the walk back up from menaggio was quite hard sometimes due to the heat and might be more difficult for some people during the peak of summer - just something to bear in mind for those that don’t have their own transport to get around and want to go on foot

Séjour désastreux
Pros:

Seul point positif de ce sejour de 2 nuits : son emplacement dans un quartier calme.

Cons:

Séjour désastreux dans la chambre familiale junior : salle de douche exécrable avec moisissures présentes sur les joints de la douche. Je ne pensais pas qu’il était encore possible en 2026 qu'un hôtel avec 3 étoiles puisse laisser une salle douche de la décennie des années 80 en accès à des clients. De plus, je ne suis pas convaincue que les prises électriques soient aux normes. Vitres de la porte fenêtre sales. Porte de la chambre toujours "d'époque" avec partie vitrée, donnant directement dans le hall extérieur du RDC resté allumé toute la nuit ! Personne sensible par de la lumière la nuit s'abstenir.
Je n’ai retrouvé sur aucun site les photos de la chambre que nous avons eu.
Et enfin le petit déjeuner avec que des aliments sans goût et potentiellement des aliments décongelés et même la citronnade n’a pas de goût. Nous ne serions pas restés une nuit de plus.
Prix excessif.

Il y a beaucoup de choix pour tous les goûts et c'est très copieux.
L'endroit est très calme.
Les chambres sont nettoyées tous les jours.

L'offre du restaurant. Nous avons été déçus par le repas pris un soir.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable—everything worked perfectly!
​The buffet breakfast was fantastic: hearty, with plenty of options, and you can take as much food as you like to get a great start to the day.

Cons:

The only slight downside is the location. It is a bit far from the city center, and walking back up the steps to the hotel is definitely a bit of a workout! But overall, we had a wonderful experience and would recommend it.

Gentillesse du personnel, le petit déjeuner et la piscine.

Cons:

La chambre que l on a eu aurait besoin d’être rafraîchie. Une prise de chevet était même descellée du mur laissant les fils électriques apparents.
