Pros:

Le lit est confortable pour les adultes mais pas pour les enfants, le chauffage neuf

Cons:

L'eau était marron dans les robinets, l'hôtel était lugubre, la salle de bain viellote, pire hôtel de notre tour de Côme, très mauvais rapport qualité prix.

Ok stay but not worth the money
Pros:

Staff is friendly and flexible.

Cons:

Room view was not great, no air conditioning. If you keep windows open, you get bugs inside.

Les repas au bord de la piscine et l amabilité du personnel.

Cons:

Grande chambre un peu datée et pas assez meublée. Bonne literie et belle salle de bain
Le rapport qualité prix du resto. Nous avons prix une pizza qui était très peu garnie et la pâte très sèche

Not a great experience, although it's adequate
Pros:

Of course mid-January is not a nice period to go to this area, which we knew. The hotel was deserted but the reception was most friendly, which helped a lot. Our request for a room at ground level was addressed in a very positive way, and since the hotel was basically closed a good breakfast was kindly served in our room. The room was big and heating and Wifi worked well. Bathroom was basic but adequate but almost without amenities. Location is not totally convenient but quiet and parking is available. For restaurant see hereunder

Cons:

On the Booking site it said the restaurant would be open during our stay. This was not the case which was a real inconvenience because walking all the way down and up to the centre of the town where there were a few places open was not an option so we needed to take the car. The room and the bathroom are rather old and tired, and don't look very attractive. Not a real problem but of course for the price one expects a bit more.

Pros:

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in diesem charmanten Hotel! Die Lage ist hervorragend, man erreicht alles schnell und bequem. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die tollen Parkmöglichkeiten, was in der Gegend nicht selbstverständlich ist. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich top – man bekommt hier viel für sein Geld. Das Hotel versprüht einen wunderbaren italienischen Charme, der unseren Aufenthalt besonders gemacht hat. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
