Pros:

Utsikt över sjön. Bra med skuggan. Fint och bra poolområde.

Cons:

Röklukt på rummet trots rökfritt hotell.

Pros:

Lätt att hitta till hotellet då det var många skyltar på gatorna dit. Ligger en bit utanför Gamla stan i Sirmione men det var lätt att ta sig ned till stranden och strandpromenaden in till restauranger och sevärdheter.
Rummet var rent och fräscht, bra AC. Okej frukost med flera alternativ och mysigt inrett. Bra pool och parkering fanns tillgängligt.

Cons:

Inte så lätt att kommunicera med personalen då ingen kunde prata engelska, vi fick använda mobilen för översättning. Wifi räckte ej till vårt hotellrum. Solstolarna vid poolen gick ej att fälla upp till sittandes och solskydden föll lätt ned.

Un discreto 3 stelle
Pros:

Lo staff sempre presente e disponibile. Una bella piscina e parcheggi auto disponibili.

Cons:

Il condizionatore della stanza vecchio e rumoroso. I lettini vicino alla piscina inadatti e pericolosi.

Pros:

Amazing breakfast and the staff were so lovely and welcoming. The location is incredible and five minutes from the Lake with amazing restaurants near by. Would stay here again

The buffet style breakfast was top notch and catered for most needs. A wide variety of everything you could envision for the start of a day!!

Cons:

As I had medications that needed to be stored in a fridge I was disappointed to find out on arrival that the in-room mini fridges were no longer operative. After alerting the hotel owner, of my needs for a cool store a solution was offered in using the Bar's fridge which worked a treat - a satisfied customer!

Nice hotel, we enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

The staff are very friendly, always smiling and helpful. We liked the hotel and the room had everything we needed, including a good aircon system. all rooms have a balcony, the pool is clean and tidy with plenty of shade. Nice little garden at the back and side to sit in, and a small patio for evenings. They offer a bar. Breafast - plenty of options to suit everyone, fruit, cereal, pastries, cheese and meat, varieties of bread and salads, Eggs in different formats.
The location is perfect for All areas, with the main bus stop just 4 mins walk. A shuttle bus runs regularly into Sirmione where you can get ferries accross the lake. You can walk to Sirmione in 30 minutes. The lake is about 7 to 8 minutes walk away, where there are plenty of restaurants. Also eateries around the corner from the hotel, and a short stroll to the town. There's a market on Mondays on the main street.
All in all a very friendly, clean and amenable small hotel close to transport, shops and eateries. We booked extra days as we liked it there.

Cons:

Price is top end for 3*, but fairly reasonable if compared to other hotels.
The beds are singles pushed together, not true doubles, comfortable if you stick to your own side, but easy to fall into the middle dip, not good for back issues.
Midges, we got bitten to death, especially around Lake Garda - take repellent, or there's a super drug type shop just b4 the bus stop.

Cons:

Cappuccino ist nicht gut. Frühstück könnte besser nachgefüllt werden.
