Beautiful views! I loved my balcony and the sun! Very nice breakfast offerings! Something for everyone.
A bit too far away from the ferry if you don’t have a car. Nearby restaurants were closed the entire stay. No real full time staff at the time due to some “complications.” Check in was miles away and I needed a private transfer to the hotel. The hotel bistro and bar was also closed during my stay. This completely defeated one of my reasons for booking here. Other hotels nearby with full services were the same price.

Måtte dra til et annet hotel 5-6 min unnna med bil for å sjekke inn. Dette hadde fungert dårlig om vi ikke hadde med oss bil.

Fin beliggenhet, 15 min å gå inn til selve byen.
Lage war gut. Die Aussicht war hervorragend.

Zimmerboden wurden nicht feucht aufgezogen, weshalb wir auf die Zimmerreinigung während unseres Aufenthalts verzichtet haben

Il nome non mente: una vista mozzafiato.
Il bagno veramente molto piccolo.
Zimmer war groß - war als Luxus Appartment gebucht - Luxus war es jedoch nicht.
Blick vom Balkon und vom Pool auf den Gardasee.
Es waren nicht mal Gläser auf dem Zimmer. Über den Tag oder zum Abend konnten auch keine Getränke in der Unterkunft - obwohl eine Bar vorhanden war - gekauft werden. Selbst wenn man sich 1 Stück Obst am Frühstückstisch mitgenommen hat, wurde man angezählt. Ist dann extra zu bezahle, wurde uns gesagt.. Echt ein Witz. Zumal wir mit Frühstück gebucht haben.
Der Pool war nicht beheizt.
Wir hatten ein weiteres Zimmer als Einzelzimmer. Hierfür haben wir auf Nachfrage nicht mal einen Bademantel erhalten. Im Doppelzimmet hatten wir diese. Man kam sich sehr beobachtet vor, vorallem beim Frühstück. Also wie viel man gegessen hat.
Die Lage der Unterkunft.Frühstück ist ausreichend gewesen.Sehr ruhig.

Our stay with this wonderful team made our holiday extremely special. Great advice, support and tips on places to go to eat. We hit the train strikes and the staff went over and beyond to resolve our transport back to airport. The hotel was clean and comfortable, nothing was too much for the staff. A great team and would visit again without hesitation. Ideally placed on hillside which provided a spectacular view over Lake Garda. The pool was a real treat after a hot days walking. Thanks everyone at the hotel, you were amazing! Highly recommend.
