Everything. Proximity to city centre ( about 15 min by feet), proximity to train station ( 10 min by feet ). Despite the fact that hotel was on busy street, the room was very quiet and I could sleep very good. Especially thanks to kind lady on the reception and her husband who helped me with my luggage!
