The thermal park is open from 09:00 to 19:00 (from 17th April to 01st Nov. 2025 included and from 28th December 2025 to 03rd January 2026 included).

Die Anlage des Hotels ist schön, der Thermalbad-Park lädt zum Entspannen ein. Unser Panoramazimmer hatte einen wunderschönen Ausblick und das Bett war super bequem. Für Vegetaria gab es reichlich Auswahl beim Frühstück. Die Lage in Sant'Angelo ist gut, man muss nur gut zu Fuß sein oder ist sonst auf ein Auto, das Shuttle oder Taxis angewiesen. Das Hotel liegt auf einer Anhöhe und der Aufstieg ist teils echt steil. Das Personal war durchweg super! Hervorzuheben sind die Leute an der Poolbar und der Rezeption.
Bei dem Preis und vier Sternen erwartet man einfach mehr vom Zimmer und auch Frühstück. Für Veganer gab es wenig Auswahl, wenn man nicht nur süß essen will. Milchalternativen für den morgentlichen Cappuccino gab es nicht wirklich, was für die heutige Zeit schade ist.
Fairerweise wurde uns sofort ein Zimmerwechsel angeboten, als wir angemerkt haben, dass die Hellhörigkeit für uns schwierig ist und auch das Zimmer insgesamt nicht ganz unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Wir hatten das Panorama-Zimmer gebucht, bei allen Bilder bei Booking waren Balkone und oder Terassen zu sehen. Wir hatten wedernoch. Wir hatten uns dann aber dagegen entschieden das Zimmer zu wechseln. Das Haus wird sehr gepflegt ist aber in die Jahre gekommen. Man erkennt das Potenzial. Für die Hälfte des Preises wäre es gut gewesen.

Die Lage nahe Sant Angelo ist sehr gut. Insgesamt war es ein schöner Urlaub. Der Shuttlebus ist eine wirklich gute Idee, denn der Weg in den Ort kann lang sein (und ist steil). Auch innerhalb des Thermalparks sind längere Wege zurück zu legen, was bestimmt nichts für Gehbehinderte ist.
Vor allem möchte ich den vom Hotel organisierten Transfer vom Flughafen und zurück empfehlen. Wenn man das extra sagt, versuchen sie, einen Transfer mit anderen Gästen zusammen zu organisieren. Dann kostet eine Tour als Alleinreisende nur 50 € und nicht 87 € (incl. Fähre). Der Transfer klappt wirklich sehr gut, mit dem Bus auf der Insel wäre das auf Grund des ständigen Überfülltseins bestimmt nicht gegangen.
Hier kostet vieles extra: Bademantel und Badetuch, die Nutzung des neuen Wellnessbereiches mit Yakuzzi und Saunalandschaft, sogar das Auffüllen der leeren Minibar (zzgl. der Getränkepreise). Dafür werden täglich die Handtücher gewechselt, was nicht nötig gewesen wäre.

La posizione.. praticamente in collina .. lungo il tratto a piedi e ripida la salita per il motorino.. avevamo preso una camera vista mare ma praticamente non c’era la vista …

Very pleasant and nice hotel.. I was very satisfied with everything. Great and helpful staff. Big thanks to my maid, waiters and girls at the pool bar.. There is a great terrace at the top for sunbathing without a swimsuit, where a shower would be nice.. I will definitely come back to you soon.. Big thanks for a great rest in your hotel.. Alles is van goede kwaliteit, grote schone kamers
Geluidsoverlast van buren en de verre afstanden tussen de kamer, restaurants en de zwembaden. Personeel bij het zwembad is erg vriendelijk.
