On the whole it was a very nice hotel, clean very good location and very helpful staff

A lovely hotel in a quiet neighborhood
Pros:

The location was nice and quiet at night compared to the busy city center. It was nice to return after a busy day in the center. There is a lift which was very convenient especially if you cary large suitcases. Bed was very comfortable and the little kitchenette was very convenient with tea, sugar, milk and instant coffee. An electric kettle, dinnerware and cutlery was also provided. In the bathroom wete toiletries which was very handy so we didn’t have to bring or purchase any for our short stay. Staff was very friendly.
Our bed was made when we returned after a day, towels were replaced and tea was restocked so really nice. Hotel is walking distance from the station and has a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Kensington highstreet is a 15 minute walk with a lot of nice shops.

Cons:

The rainshower was a bit wobbly and the toilet seat was also wobbly so a little diy to make it top notch would be even better.

Pros:

Very easy on-line check in and obtained the key very easily and quickly from very pleasant lady on the check in desk. Room was quite small but comfortable. Coffee and cleaning products in the room. Good price for the area. Close to underground and shops. We would definitely stay again the next time we go to the city.

Great location, but the room had no natural light and the blind was broken.
Pros:

Location is great.

Cons:

The room was okay, but the blind was broken, and there was a wall with a window directly opposite mine (about one meter away), so people could see into my room at night. I had to hang a towel over the window to get some privacy.

Clean, comfortable and lovely staff.
Pros:

Spacious room, with all the amenities. Super comfortable bed, clean and tiny!

Ignore the sound off the underground and you'll have a really great stay in London for a price you'll never gonn
Pros:

It was verg good value for money. I paid £.82.00 for 2 nights.
Clean sheets - fluffy towels.
Nice staff.

Cons:

You can hear the underground. It stops around midnight and starts around 5.30.
My advice: make sure you have a busy day. Walk a lot. Have a couple of drinks and a nice meal in the pub around the corner. Doze off around 11pm. Ignore the sound and you'll have a really great stay in London for a price you'll never gonna find again!
