The staff are friendly and the superior double room was excellent, and it had a small kitchenette.
Lovely toiletries and plenty of towels, a great hotel that's in a quiet road and a 5 minute walk from Earls Court Tube station.
All good, no complaints.
La relación calidad-precio es muy buena y el personal es bastante agradable. Estuvieron siempre pendientes de lo que necesitaba.
La habitación individual es bastante pequeña, pero era lo esperado por el precio que tenía. No fue realmente un problema para mí.
Despite the terrible experience staff were very helpful, as they seemed accustomed to dealing with dissatisfied customers
It looked absolutely nothing like the photos on bookings.com. Honestly, it looked like what I’d imagine a brothel room to look like.
Staff
Room size , cleaning , products inside and refrigerator was not cold enough
We wanted a 'no frills', good value, comfy and clean place to stay. We got that and more. Very comfy beds. Kettle, microwave, cutlery and crockery plus a little sink. Tea and coffee provided. Shampoo etc provided. Very clean. Great position within very short walking distance of Earl's Court tube station. Also a lovely boulangerie called Paul's nearby that does tasty food to eat on and take away, open until 10 pm!
It was a bit hot and we were staying in March so I'd be worried about a Summer stay. Our windows didn't open. Maybe rooms on upper floors did? There was a small balcony that may not have been safe.
Location is great
For a two-person room, you should share more detailed photos. In the bathroom, there wasn’t even space to place our belongings or hang towels. I understand that the room is small, but it could definitely be made more comfortable with better use of space.
The cleanliness and friendly staff made for it. The bed was also very comfortable and they have been super professional and welcoming!
The shower door was not fully closing which made the shower experience a little bit challenging and the extra bed could be improved by a topper mattress addition.
Very good value, quiet position lovely staff
Nothing
Great location
Very small, dusty , low ceiling rooms with a very heavy smell and a lots of noise from everywhere. Can hear everything from inside and outside
The hotel was in a great location and was excellent value for money. The staff were polite and welcoming and you felt safe and looked after in the hotel.
My only down side was the room could have done with an extra mirror. There was only one in the bathroom so getting ready was a challenge when wanting to use electrical hair tools. But again this was minor inconvenience when the value for money on this hotel was great.
Fantastic location and great staff. The room was very basic, but that's ok because of how much value for money it was.
Sadly, on arrival, I discovered that the curtain was broken and wouldn't shut and that one of the lights didn't work. The staff were great at sayiong they'd get things fixed, but sadly none of those thngs were fixed after a day and I had to ask again to move to a diferent room so I could get some sleep; which is a bit difficult if your curtain won't shut. Other than that though, the stay was lovely.
Great location, a few minutes from Earls Court tube, with friendly staff, the room though small and in the basement was very clean with a good bathroom and felt secure. I was very pleased to see a small kitchenette with sink, kettle, plates, cups and small fridge.
Also a full length mirror in the room.
I would have preferred not to be in the basement, the room had a small window looking out to a wall.
The Bed was a little soft.
