Location is great, close to the city centre and near tube station with 2 excellent lines, one with direct connection to Heathrow airport.
Kitchenette in a room, small but useful.

Los recepcionistas en general muy amables . La posibilidad de dejar las maletas en una salita, antes del check-in y después del check out. La ubicación a 5 minutos del metro y en una zona con muchas tiendas y restaurantes. El colchón y almohada muy cómodos.

Cons:

Las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas pero teniendo en cuenta lo poco que estás más q de sobra. Como sugerencia , falta algún perchero donde poder dejar colgados los abrigos o cazadoras y alguna repisa en el baño. Pero vamos, yo repetiría..

Pros:

Sono stati molto accoglienti , la camera era al primo piano con due belle finestre che si potevano aprire per far passare aria, la camera era pulita e con tutti comfort che possono servire , phon, microonde , tazze , un mini lavandino , abbiamo apprezzato molto il cambio di asciugamani giornalieri e ci hanno anche offerto le bottiglie d’acqua. Posizione spettacolare a due passi dalla metro e con vicino tutto ciò che serve , quartiere tranquillo e sicuro . Lo consiglio vivamente!!

Great location, ideal for short stay
Pros:

Check in was simple - I arrived early and was able to store my bag, and staff were friendly. Location was perfect for what I needed, just a 5min walk to Earls Court station. For London prices, felt a fair figure and value for money.

Some of the cups and dishes in the kitchenette were not clean. Other than that everything was excellent.
