For our Advance Purchase rate, we take the full pre-payment at the time of the booking. You will be required to present the same credit card used for the reservation upon check-in.
We would like you to know that, if we have any problems with the credit card or with the information that you have supplied, we will get in touch via email to resolve the issue prior to your arrival.
If we feel the booking is fraudulent, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and, we will notify you in writing.
If you pay for your reservation online, you will still be required to present a credit/debit card as a guarantee, upon arrival. We will pre-authorize £50.00 per night.
This authorization will be automatically released within 7 to 10 working days.
Please note that there are only 2 parking spaces, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The hotel do not accept group bookings of 8 or more rooms.

Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und modern eingerichtet, das Personal sehr freundlich. Top Lage, 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof Paddington entfernt. Perfekt für einen Kurztrip nach London.

The bedroom was clean modern and had everything you needed for your stay
The personnel was amazing, with the room being available much earlier than the actual check in (this may not be necessarily standard procedure, but I guess we were lucky). The facility offers free luggage storage if before check-in / after check-out which is very useful if you want to explore the city without any redundancies. The hotel is very close to Hyde Park (7 minutes) and to Paddington train station (4 minutes).
It’s walking distance to Paddington Station, there’s a good variety of restaurant choices to choose and a coffee/tea area next to the lobby
The coffee/tea area closed at 10.00 pm. At least the hot and cold water dispensing should be till 2.00 am or 24 hour. Also the Internet connection is not stable

Convenient, comfortable and reasonably priced for London. This is my third stay on my annual home visits to family & friends.
Minor detail, but some cushions on the dining chairs in the coffee lounge would be great.
Het was een prettige locatie dichtbij Paddingtons station. Genoeg restaurants. Fijne uitvalsbasis om Londen te bezoeken.Er was een automaat voor koud water en crushed ijs. Dat was erg prettig met het warme weer
