For our Advance Purchase rate, we take the full pre-payment at the time of the booking. You will be required to present the same credit card used for the reservation upon check-in.
We would like you to know that, if we have any problems with the credit card or with the information that you have supplied, we will get in touch via email to resolve the issue prior to your arrival.
If we feel the booking is fraudulent, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and, we will notify you in writing.
If you pay for your reservation online, you will still be required to present a credit/debit card as a guarantee, upon arrival. We will pre-authorize £50.00 per night.
This authorization will be automatically released within 7 to 10 working days.
Please note that there are only 2 parking spaces, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The hotel do not accept group bookings of 8 or more rooms.

We arrived just after 12pm and explained that we had a 3:30pm theatre booking and were hoping to freshen up beforehand. The receptionist couldn’t have been more helpful — he kindly checked on our room and, although it was still being cleaned, invited us to leave our luggage and return shortly.
We went for a coffee nearby and came back about 45 minutes later to find our room ready and waiting.
The moment we walked in, we were so impressed. The room smelled beautifully clean and fresh, and it was absolutely spotless — clearly maintained to a very high standard.
The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a perfect night’s sleep. The modern touchpad lighting and temperature controls, along with efficient air conditioning, added a real touch of luxury.
And the shower… wow! A large overhead ceiling power shower with an additional handheld attachment — easily one of the best hotel showers I’ve ever experienced. Powerful, spacious and genuinely spa-like.
Every detail made it feel worth every penny.
We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again — 100% recommend and 100% returning! 🌟

Staff nice and friendly. Good location, clean and tidy inside, shower very good.
Breakfast extremely poor, very little choice. No English breakfast as expected. No yogurts, small selection of cereal, really poor.

Friendly staff and location
The bed was too small, and—most annoyingly—the modern light switch system was dysfunctional. All the lights suddenly turned on at 3 a.m., and there was no way for us to turn them off ourselves. We had to call the staff to switch them off using the central circuit breaker. The staff were friendly, but no compensation was offered for the incident (apart from water bottles).

ヒースロー空港やガトウィック空港からとてもアクセスのいい、パディントン駅から徒歩圏内の場所です。ロンドン市内の観光にもバスも地下鉄もたくさん通っているエリアなので移動の選択肢が多かった印象です。スタッフの方は、ホテルを出入りする時には必ず声をかけてくださいました。チェックアウト後にも快く荷物を預かっていただき、どのスタッフさんも気持ちの良い対応をしてくれました。お部屋もとっても快適で清潔。キャリーを2人分広げて置いても充分な広さがありました。冷蔵庫もポットもあったため、スーパーで購入したものも保管できたり、温かい飲み物を飲むことができて、長旅の終盤だったのですが、落ち着くことができて大変助かりました。
思いあたることは特にありません。とても良いホテルです。
A wonderful hotel within a five-minute walk from Paddington Station. The staff is polite and friendly. The room is spacious enough for one person. I was allowed to leave my luggage at the hotel after check-out, allowing me to spend a few pleasant hours in the city before my flight.
