For our Advance Purchase rate, we take the full pre-payment at the time of the booking. You will be required to present the same credit card used for the reservation upon check-in.
We would like you to know that, if we have any problems with the credit card or with the information that you have supplied, we will get in touch via email to resolve the issue prior to your arrival.
If we feel the booking is fraudulent, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and, we will notify you in writing.
If you pay for your reservation online, you will still be required to present a credit/debit card as a guarantee, upon arrival. We will pre-authorize £50.00 per night.
This authorization will be automatically released within 7 to 10 working days.
Please note that there are only 2 parking spaces, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The hotel do not accept group bookings of 8 or more rooms.

Rien ct super
Struttura super nuova e pulita, vicinissima alla stazione di Paddington e a tantissimi localini dove poter cenare. La colazione è super e abbondante, ho adorati i muffin presenti, super buoni ,ma sono presenti anche varie cose salate in grado sicuramente di accontentare tutti.
La camera è davvero piccolina anche se super funzionale, aggiungerei magari qualche mensolina per poter riporre i vestiti , perché non si sa davvero dove appoggiare le cose e non tutto può essere appeso.

4ème fois que je reviens dans cet hôtel depuis 6 ans, et toujours aussi satisfait. Hôtel à taille humaine dans un immeuble typique londonien, toujours impeccable et parfaitement entretenu, chambre parfaitement rénovée et très bon rapport qualité prix !

La ubicación es excelente, super céntrico y bien comunicado. El lugar era tranquilo y cómodo. Buen wifi. Personal amable. Había café, té, hielo y agua en la entrada y pudimos dejar las maletas durante el día antes de ir al aeropuerto. El personal bastante amable
La habitación era un poco pequeña y en un patio interior.
The room was clean and modern and the location was fantastic. Staff were great and very helpful
They wanted to upgrade me to a room on the lower ground floor. I kept a first room floor as I don't like to be ground level or lower.

場所がパディントンの駅から歩いて5分ほどとヒースロー空港を利用したので便利でした。
観光地にもバスや地下鉄が便利で頑張れば歩いて行ける距離に有ります。
ロンドンでは部屋が狭い中でツインの部屋はまあまあの広さが有りました。
上品にまとめられていて快適で清潔な部屋で3泊過ごす事が出来ました。
朝食はパンケーキとスクランブルエッグが無料で注文出来ます。ゆで卵も有ります。
カットフルーツも新鮮でパンも種類が有りました。ハムやチーズ、トマトやキュウリも少しずつ有ります。
フロントの横に有るパブと言う名前の部屋では自由に紅茶や水やコーヒーが飲めます。暑い外から帰って来た時に飲む水はとても助かりました。
部屋にも電気ポットがあって紅茶が飲めました。
夫はベットが少し柔らかったと言ってました。
ベットの幅は少し短い気もします。私達は背があまり高く無いので大丈夫でしたが。
The location was convenient to Paddington.
Air Conditioning took a while to kick in and wasn’t very strong on a hot day, but probably would be fine on a cooler day.
It was clean and newly renovated
Too warm in the summer. I tried to get a fan but was unable and thr ac fan in the room did not work. I did try to open the windows but only reached 1 inch.
