For our Advance Purchase rate, we take the full pre-payment at the time of the booking. You will be required to present the same credit card used for the reservation upon check-in.
We would like you to know that, if we have any problems with the credit card or with the information that you have supplied, we will get in touch via email to resolve the issue prior to your arrival.
If we feel the booking is fraudulent, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and, we will notify you in writing.
If you pay for your reservation online, you will still be required to present a credit/debit card as a guarantee, upon arrival. We will pre-authorize £50.00 per night.
This authorization will be automatically released within 7 to 10 working days.
Please note that there are only 2 parking spaces, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The hotel do not accept group bookings of 8 or more rooms.

Great value for money, hotel was more seen inside and very close to train station. I was on my own and the single room was small but cosy
5min walk from Paddigton Station. Convenient coffee machine complimentary all day and good bed
Good location with easy access to Paddington station and restaurants. Really clean, friendly staff. We stayed in a standard double room and it was small, but practical for 2 people
Breakfast could have been better, only hot options were scrambled egg, American pancakes and porridge. It’s a small hotel so no reason they couldn’t make a full breakfast to order. Continental could have had more variation, coffee wasn’t great. Ventilation in room - even when air con was on the lowest setting, couldn’t feel any benefit. Pillows were rock hard.

Really clean room that made use of the small compact space. The lighting and smart tech was good too.
Bed was a little cramped and my feet poked out the end and it was a little too warm at night even with the fan running.
