Son emplacement, la propreté , grand lit , grande salle de bain
Chambre non conforme aux photos, nous avions une chambre deluxe qui présentait plusieurs photos sur le site de Booking, avec des chambres colorées, équipées de canapé de table, nous avons eu une chambre sans aucune décoration, pas un tableau, et dont la fenêtre donnée sur une cour austère.
Pas de possibilité d’avoir un fer à repasser dans la chambre prestation payante.

Great position. Impressive entrance hall and reception. Reception staff friendly and efficient. Good sized room and bathroom.
No "wardrobe or closet" just a hanging rack. Sparse contents of mini-bar. Broken plug in sink. Cheap shower in bath with broken riser. No kettle or coffee machine. All in all, disappointing and definitely not what you would expect of a 4 star hotel.
O hotel possui uma excelente localização, bem próximo a pontos turísticos e a restaurantes e bares. O quarto é bastante espaçoso e confortável, com cama e enxoval bem cuidado e limpos. O café da manhã é muito bem servido e possui uma boa variedade de opções para comer.
Nada a reclamar. Tudo perfeito.

Location and clean!
The beds were very hard and the pillows uncomfortable. We had a crying baby in the room next to us which was unlucky but walls very thin so could hear every time they woke in the night. Reception didn’t suggest changing rooms. Also minimal natural light due to the style of windows and shutters.

El desayuno podria mejorar un poco, muy simple y los zumos de mala calidad.
