Great location and felt very upscale
Pros:

Great location and in a quiet area, even when it was a busy day. The gondola stop at the hotel was neat!

Cons:

No view from our room but we were made aware of what we were booking

Excellent location, overall nice hotel

Cons:

The room 209 we were given as the ceiling was very low. It was claustrophobic so that we avoided staying longer then absolutely necessary in our room.
