The staff is lovely, very helpful. The rooms and the hotel were very clean. This is not a modern hotel and you get the Venice vibes by staying there. Very close to St Marks place and the Fenice Theatre. Brilliant location. We had a canal view and although this might not please everyone, we love the morning sounds of the gondolas on the canal and the singing! We had breakfast included, it is basic but lovely, including bread, cold meats and cheese. pastries fruits etc..

Excellent value for money
Pros:

The hotel is central. If you come or leave by boat, then from Rialto, you have only two bridges to cross. The room was good and comfortable. Staff was very nice, friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It is not what to be disliked. Just, there could be little more effort on breakfast choice.

Pros:

Staff was very helpful & very accommodating, the hotel was lovely.

Cons:

Breakfast was very disappointing,for 20 euro's
Not value for money.
Not much of a selection considering it was a continental breakfast!!!

L emplacement et le décor de l hôtel dans le hall

Cons:

Aucune petite attention pour les 50 ans de mon mari et nos 10 ans de mariage. Rien qu un petit mot pour dire qu ils ont tenu compte de mon message aurait été positive.
Le parfum entêtant dans les chambres qui m a empêché de dormir
Partie de la chambre en travaux par fini… la chambre ne ressemblait pas vraiment aux images
