Staff gentile ma la stanza era parecchio datata. Colazione davvero basica. Ristorante appena sufficiente.

Overall good service, except for unexpectedly closed restaurant inside the hotel (had planned dinner before a theatrical performance, but had to skip it).

Two suggestions:
1- move breakfast hours half hour forward: start it half hour later and serve it until 10:00 am instead of 9:30 am
2- when giving out a room at check-in , if you assign to the guest a special needs room for guests with handicaps (but your guest had not asked for one), it would be good to inform that guest about it (at times it works well anyway, but at times it does not) .

Tutto nella norma. E' nel centro e raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione.

Personale gradevole e molto gentile.
Albergo moderno sia come struttura e design delle camere, bagno tutto sommato comodo, anche se non rispecchia la modernità della stanza.
Consiglierei questo albergo ad un amico per il prezzo, la posizione, la cordialità e simpatia del personale, purché sia intenzionato a dormire poco, male e sul cemento; il materasso era veramente durissimo, per non parlare dei cuscini, che decisamente troppo alti e duri per i nostri gusti/abitudini.

For the City the Hotel is in it is too good.. location of the hotel is good too.. very close to the train station and the city centre.. and their staff is very supportive and co-opearative.. excellent service from the staff..

I am used to staying at nice hotels when I travel and this was the nicest I could find in Fabriano, Italy where I was on business. The restaurant was better than expected and the lobby and halls are nice. The rooms are dark - even with all the lights on -- and the bedding is uncomfortable at best.

If you have to stay in this town, this is a reasonable place to stay.

A nice medium-sized hotel just at the edge of city center and ZTL, with free gated parking. Walk easily to all downtown sites within minutes. Overall, despite much-needed reno, we would stay here again. Decent price-quality factor.

I would stay there again if I needed a room in Fabriano. The room was clean, although a little dated. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the heart of Fabriano and its piazzas, and about a 15-minute walk from the train station. Staff were very courteous and helpful. The room, while not the most modern-looking, was clean and comfortable. I would recommend it anytime.
