Prima kleinschalig budget hotel!
Pros:

Goede locatie binnen 10 minuten in het centrum met de metro. Mooi uitzicht aan de voorzijde! Ik lees veel reviews bij dit hotel over dingen die ontbreken zoals bijv airco of lift, dat staat allemaal duidelijk aangegeven. Dat ligt dan niet aan het hotel maar de gast lijkt mij. Ik zal er terug keren, bedankt voor het fijne verblijf!

A nice little hotel, a bit messy at the moment due to a move in the reception area, but it’s not a 4* hotel, so that’s to be expected. The rooms and bathroom are clean – that’s the main thing. A friendly welcome from the host and hostess. They gave us some useful tips and a great tip for cheap parking 250 metres away from the hotel. It’s a simple hotel. I had a room with a lovely view; it was a bit warm, but there was a fan. A lovely shower and free coffee, plus a small breakfast – but don’t expect too much from that.
The landlady was friendly and provided free coffee and a light breakfast.
I slept well and the building is very quiet. Definitely worth a stay for a couple of nights, and it was the cheapest hotel in Rotterdam. It whas a nice stay for me.

Great stay hotel Baan
Pros:

A nice little family hotel in a great location: Ahoy is 10 minutes away by metro, just 200 metres away, close to Delfshaven with its many restaurants and cafés. The hotel reception has plenty of amenities, but it’s not a 4* hotel – nor is it meant to be. The rooms and bathroom are spotlessly clean. A warm welcome from the hostess. A fan. A lovely shower in warm weather – ask for a room at the back. Free breakfast, but don’t expect too much from it; coffee is also free. A friendly hostess who provided free coffee and a light breakfast. A lovely hotel if you can look past the minor issues, and it’s not expensive.

Alles genau so, wie es sich für ein Familienhotel gehört.
Einfach sauber. Der Check-in mit Code und Schlüssel war bereits vorbereitet.
Eine freundliche Mitarbeiterin, die kostenlosen Kaffee und einen kleinen Snack zum Frühstück servierte.
Ich verstehe nicht, worüber sich andere Gäste beschweren – ja, die Rezeption ist wegen des Umzugs etwas unordentlich, aber dort schläft man ja nicht. Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Sehr freundlicher besitzer und sehr hilfbereit.
Hatten 1 zimmer ohne balkon , wurden bei der ankunft gefragt ob wir raucher sind und bekamen ein zimmer mit balkon ohne aufpreis.
Kein frühstück aber kaffe und kleiner snack gibs trotzdem .gibt auch instantkaffe und tee auf den zimmern , kleiner kühlschrank und ventilator war auch vorhanden .

Cons:

War sauber jedoch renovierungsbedürftig und kleine sachen zum kompfort wie z b ein kleine badezimmerteppich .

Pros:

Dobra lokalizacja hotelu, blisko Delfshaven. Spokojna ulica, w pobliżu Lidl i przystanek tramwajowy.

Cons:

Recepcja hotelu przypomina graciarnię. Pokój nie był sprzątany chyba kilka lat. Kupiłam środki czystości i 2 godziny myłam pokój i łazienkę.
Czysta poszewka na poduszkę była nałożona na brudną.

Lieve man, maar qua hygiëne niet goed.
Pros:

Bedden lagen wel prima, zachte bedden.

Cons:

Schimmel op de muur, kamer stonk naar sigarettenrook, best wat stof. Geen mensen bij de balie toen we aankwamen. Sleutel lag wel netjes binnen handbereik, waardoor we de kamer in konden. Er lag nog kleding van de personen voor ons onder het bed.

ner the old harbour - a place is amazing, but property is poorly poorly maintained

lOCATION WAS EXCELLENT

Cons:

A lot of trash everywhere. Half of the bathroom is partitioned off with opaque glass behind which is some old trash, lots of spiders. The same goes for the dining room next to the reception - a pile of things the owner hasn't decided what to do with.
There is an exit to the yard - a garden that is completely unkempt.
