Fatalna obsługa przy śniadaniach. Byłem 5 dni i codziennie obsługa układała sztućce trzymając je za główki nie za rączki. Do tego jeden Pan przez wszystkie 5 dni pachniał nieświeżo co psuje bardzo apetyt.

Sehr nettes, hilfsbereites Personal, lecker Frühstück, super Lage, kleine aber ausreichende Zimmer.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg von der Paddington Station, wo Züge, Busse und U-Bahn in alle Richtungen fahren.
Ca. 8 Minuten Fußweg zur U-Bahnstation Lancaster Gate, von wo man in alle Richtungen kommt. Und dort war auch ein Eingang zum Hydepark und zum Kensingtonpark mit Kensington Palace. Gegenüber des Kensington/ Hydeparks liegt die Albert-Hall. 45 Minuten läuft man vom Hotel zum Buckingham Palace. An der Paddington-Station ist außen ein Hochhaus mit Außen-Lift zu einer Aussichtsplattform, im Bahnhof ist eine Paddigton-Bär-Statue und daneben eine Bank. In der Nähe ist auch Little Venice am Kanal.
Das Frühstück war für mich sehr gut, alles da: Rührei und Spiegelei aus frischen Eiern!, Würstchen, Bohnen, Wurst/ Käse, Joghurt, Marmelade, Honig, Obst, Tomate, Gurken, verschiedene Müsli, Milch, Sojamilch, Kaffee, Tee, Toast und verschiedene kleine Croissants. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal :o) Es war ein kleiner Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Es gab etliche Steckdosen und USB-Dosen, ein Wasserkocher mit Kaffee/Tee. Es wurden täglich die Handtücher getauscht und ggf. auch Duschbad und Haarwäsche.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist baulich etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was man an den Fenstern gesehen hat, die leider nicht zu öffnen waren, wahrscheinlich wegen der Klimaanlage. Die Zimmer waren klein, aber auch baulich unterschiedlich. Bei mir stand ein 1,40 m breites, bequem hohes, Bett quer unterm Fenster. Ein schmaler Tisch mit Stuhl, Spiegel, Nachttisch, für mich groß genug, es wurde aber auch als DZ vermietet, aber für nur 12,50 € zusätzlich bei 5 Tagen. Im Flur war eine offene Garderobe und ein Safe. Das Bad war sehr klein und der Eingang zur Dusche war zu eng. Leider gab es in meinem Zimmer nur eine Regendusche von oben, was ich nicht mag. In anderen Zimmern waren auch Handbrausen dabei.

Estuvimos a gusto
Pros:

La ubicación es de 10. Es un hotel pequeño y tranquilo. El desayuno estupendo, horario amplio, encuentras mesa sin problema y es variado.

Las habitaciones no demasiado amplias pero suficiente. Se duerme fenomenal.

Las vistas a la calle estupendas, ya que es una calle muy bonita y a 5 minutos de la estación de Paddington.

El personal muy amable. Tuvimos dos pequeños problemas, uno con la ducha y otro con un cargador del móvil y nos lo solucionaron todo de inmediato, tan rápido que al pedirles ayuda dejaron todo para subir a la habitación a arreglarlo.

Fuimos en diciembre y la calefacción en la habitación, con los radiadores, funcionaba de maravilla.

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó fue el baño. Es bastante pequeño y estrecho. Pero con todo, se está bien, ya que al menos el agua de la ducha no se sale al suelo. Y tiene una luz en el espejo.

Pros:

El alojamiento es maravilloso. La ubicación es perfecta para recorrer Londres. El personal es súper amable, el desayuno muy adecuado y todo está muy limpio. Lo recomiendo muchísimo. Hemos tenido una estancia de 5 días y repetiré seguro si vuelvo a Londres.

Cons:

Sinceramente, no hay nada que no me haya gustado. Lo recomendaría al 100%.
