I would not recommend this hotel.

Our stay at Brunel Hotel was very disappointing. We stayed for 7 days, and despite reporting a cockroach problem to the staff, the issue was never properly resolved. There were still cockroaches in the room until the day we checked out.

The room had no air conditioning, which made it extremely uncomfortable, especially with five people staying in one room. The television did not work at all, and the shower had very poor water pressure.
Elevator stuck everyday!!
Overall, the facilities were outdated, maintenance was poor, and the experience was far below what we expected. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have had in London.

Good value for money
Pros:

Nice breakfast, location is very good, walk away from Buckingham palace, food places just around a corner. Check in was quick.

Cons:

Shower pressure was quite low and our room was just by the elevator. Once the breakfast time started, it was hard to sleep.

Un buen hotel, gran relación calidad-precio
Pros:

Desayuno estupendo , completo y buen servicio del personal. El horario era muy amplio. La ubicación es buena, cerca de Paddington station y el metro. Tienen un pequeño ascensor que te evita tener que subir las maletas por las escaleras como sucede en la mayoría de este tipo de hoteles en Londres. La semana anterior hizo mucho calor y por eso habían instalado una máquina de aire acondicionado portátil en la habitación, buen detalle para los que estuvieran anteriormente, aunque a nuestra llegada, no lo había retirado y ya entraba bastante fresco por el hueco que dejaba en la ventana :)

Cons:

Quizás estaría bien poder tener algún microondas a disposición de los clientes por la tarde/noche.

La situación inmejorable. Buen desayuno

Cons:

No podíamos cerrar la ventana debido al tubo del aire acondicionado, y a pesar que lo dijimos no lo solucionaron con lo cual se oía todo el ruido de la calle y la luz de la msñana . Imposible dormir
