Reem Hotel

La colazione non era abbondante, il cappuccino non era disponibile tutti i giorni e la stanza per tre persone era oggettivamente molto piccola. Più che normale per Londra, ma comunque da segnalare..

It was a bit noisy due to sound coming from other rooms, especially footsteps from the room above. Better soundproofing would help.

El único inconveniente es que quizás las habitaciones son demasiado pequeñas y te revuelves un poco mal en ellas.

Everything was perfect

The room was tiny, so are the beds and especially the bathroom, the corridors, the elevator and we are not large people. The breakfast selection was absolutely ridiculous both in quality and quantity, after the first morning we went out to the breakfast places nearby, luckily there are many excellent choices.

Nothing

Ho prenotato 3 notti ed ho dovuto cambiare camera dopo una notte ( presumo per un loro problema di overbooking ), siamo finiti dal terzo piano al piano interrato esattamente nella camera sotto alla reception. 2 notti purtroppo insonni visto il via vai di gente sopra le nostre teste ed il rumore degli scarichi dell’acqua; letto piccolo da una piazza e mezza e scomodo.

Mi è piaciuto tutto e non c’è stato nulla che non andasse. Se proprio dovessi trovare qualcosa di costruttivo da dire, eravamo nella junior suite da 4 e visto che lo spazio c’è, metterei uno specchio magari grande in più.

Camere piccole ma accoglienti

Wir hatten eine JuniorSuite im UG. Das Zimmer ansich war toll - grosszügig, bequeme Betten. Das Fenster konnte man allerdings nicht öffnen und das Bad ist ziemlich klein. Wir waren zu 4 - hat aber für uns gepasst, da wir eh nur zum Schlafen da waren. Ftphstücjsraum ist ziemlich klein - wenns warm ist kann man auch draussen sitzen was Platz gibt....Frühstück selber war bescheiden - es gab das Elementare🙃

Klimaanlage war defekt, wurde durch mobiles Klimagerät ersetzt, dadurch leider noch weniger Platz, da Zimmer sehr klein, aber im Normalfall ausreichend sind.

Unfortunately it wasn't a pleasant stay. The hotel is operating with a cooling heating system that didn't worked as it should. We entered our room and it was very warm. We tried to put the aircon on but by the time we got back at nighttime it was like a sauna. I talked to the manager and he explained that if only one room is using the aircon as heating, the heating goes in all rooms. There was a fan, but that didn't helped. The aircon control panel was set to 18 degrees but room temperature was 28 degrees with 16 degrees outside temperature. Typical British you can't open the window wide, so there was no air in the room
After one night without any sleep we got a portable aircon which got switched off by the housekeeping staff while we've been gone. They tried their best to make it bearable but on top the room was soo tiny. You could barely turn around in the bathroom and you had to step into the shower to open the door. There wasn't really space to leave your stuff. The location of the hotel was superb. Walking distance to bus and tube station. The manager offered us a free breakfast on our check out morning which was nice but just to realize that we've been happy not to had it booked with our stay. The breadroll was like not baked. Very little offer. But it was free so nevermind.

Mi è piaciuto tutto, in camera c'era una delle prese USB che non funzionava, me l'hanno prontamente sostituita.
