De locatie is oke , beetje zoeken naar parking , die is wel gratis , de kamer is zeer net , de tv te klein , maar dat is voor ons niet zo belangrijk ,

De kamer was te koud en de verwarming werkte niet , kon wel aan maar er was geen warmte te bespeuren , aan de balie gemeld , daar zeiden ze dat het in orde was , dus niet oke , dit vind ik zeer zwak , meschien geeft het te maken dat we met booking com hebben geboekt , daardoor is de service toch altijd veel minder , ik vroeg een tweepersoonsbed en ze zeiden , alles is volgeboekt , zeer ongeloofwaardig , het ontbijt is niet zo vers , de boter is al een paar maanden aan vervanging toe

Mauvaise expérience de notre séjour dans cet appartement.

L'évacuation de la douche de la salle de bain bouchée car pas nettoyée !
Fuite au niveau du lavabo. De ce fait, le séche cheveux à disposition sur une étagère du meuble correspondant était moisi (dangereux à l'utilisation). Nous l'avons signalé au propriétaire qui n'est pas intervenu pendant notre séjour.
Les deux portes coulissantes de la cabine de douche n'étaient pas fixées sur la partie basse, elles ne tenaient que par les crochets du haut.
Linge de maison plus que usé (serviettes de toilette).
Nous avons été surpris que la résidence se trouve en hauteur de la ville de Gênes, difficile d'accès à pied pour rejoindre le centre historique, nous obligeant à prendre notre véhicule, nous avons été obligé de payé le parking.
Nous informons avoir envoyé également des photos pour justifier l'état des lieux au propriétaire et à Booking le 13/04/2026.

Lovely stay & great hotel
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent and the beds very comfortable. It was well situated very close to the old town. We loved the fact that the hotel is dog-friendly. Good parking too and a fridge & safe in the room as well.

Cons:

Our satnav could not find the address, although it was a big avenue in the town. Not sure what happened there, but we found it eventually thanks to friendly locals helping us.
