Steep stairs, broken stuff, and a room that doesn't technically exist
Pros:

The location is unbeatable if you need to be near London Paddington: it's incredibly nearby, yet surprisingly quiet. There are lots of eateries around for food options. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

This hotel has a whiff of Fawlty Towers about it. I was directed to Room 13, which doesn't exist anywhere except the booking screen. It's actually Room 12A (presumably a less unlucky number), a minuscule single room with a bizarrely big balcony up a huge step (exactly what you want in February). The TV remote didn't work, so the TV was useless. The tiny travel kettle was also broken. Other than that, the facilities were in working order from what I could tell.

Hotel bien situado cerca del metro
Pros:

Me gustó que el lavabo se veía nuevo y en la habitación no habia moqueta, era parquet.

Cons:

Las ventanas costaban de cerrar, no habia persianas, el suelo era irregular y las almohadas no eran muy comodas

Pros:

Camera spaziosa, molto pulita. Staff cordiale.
Posizione eccellente, a pochi passi dalla stazione metropolitana di Paddington e dalle fermate degli autobus. Zona tranquilla, ben servita, piena di negozi e diverse proposte alimentari.

Sehr gute Lage

Cons:

Zimmer extrem klein, Dreibettzimmer OK für zwei Leute, aber niemals für drei.
Bad war wie eine Plastikkabine, erinnerte an Flugzeugklo.
Wo die Bilder der Unterkunft herkommen weiß ich nicht, weicht aber extrem von der Wirklichkeit ab.

Unser Zimmer und die Dusche waren wirklich sehr klein. Ein etwas größerer Mann mit Wohlstandsbäuchlein passt sicher nicht oder nur schwer in die Dusche. Der Kleiderschrank war mehr als mini und muss eher als Spind als ein Schrank bezeichnet werden. Wir mussten somit aus den Koffern leben, die nur am Boden Platz fanden. Im Bad gab es kaum Ablagefläche für Utensilien (Kosmetika,..). Es wurden nur die Hand- und Badetücher gewechselt und der Papierkorb ausgeleert. Nicht einmal der Badekübel wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Der Boden war nur augenscheinlich sauber, beim Drüberwischen war das Feuchttuch sehr schmutzig. Das Fenster stand die ganze Zeit einen Spalt offen und konnte weder nach unten geschlossen und auch nicht nach oben geschoben werden. Somit war ordentlich lüften nicht möglich. Die Fenster waren leider auch schmutzig. Der WC-Deckel war schon bei Bezug des Zimmers kaputt, wurde erst nach dem 2. Nachfragen ein wenig repariert. Was auch nervig war, dass es beim Bett keine Steckdose fürs Aufladen der Handys gab.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Lage ausgezeichnet.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer (3 Einzelbetten) befand sich im Erdgeschoss, gleich überhalb einer Tube-Linie. Das Rattern der vorbeifahrenden Tube war zuweilen recht laut und störend.
