Pros:

The room was great, exactly as described. Hotel location was good, nice neighborhood, lots of restaurants/cafes in walking distance and close to the Metro. Good value.

Cons:

The lady at reception seemed put out when I asked for assistance connecting to the Wi-Fi or even expending my stay an additional day. Unfortunately I speak little German, so there was a language barrier for sure, but she mumbled under her breath and seemed put out each time I asked for assistance. My phone had been stolen in Amsterdam and I asked if I could use the hotel phone to make a short international call to connect my new device, offering to pay any charges. She said the hotel phone was broken and not working, which seemed odd. The TV was older with no way to watch streaming services or Chromecast.

Very pleasant and a comfortable stay.
Pros:

I’ve personally enjoyed the interior of the hotel and the backyard where you can peacefully sit down and have a drink.

Cons:

The hotel is currently going through a some kind reconstruction and my friend and i were on the fifth floor and the construction workers would wake us up around 10-11am. Unfortunately the staff of the hotel couldn’t help us change the room nor inform the construction workers about our complaint, however it was a pleasant 3 night stay.

Gullig stil, mycket trevlig innergård.

Cons:

Informerades inte om den pågående fasadrenovering i samband med bokningen. Var inte redo på att utsikten från fönstret på morgonen skulle utgöras av en byggarbetare två våningar upp. På en lapp i hissen stod det att bygget skulle pågå kl. 8-16 måndag-fredag men de verkar som att de även bygger på lördagar.

Aan te raden voor een fijn weekje Berlijn!
Pros:

Het personeel is over het algemeen zeer behulpzaam, vriendelijk en gastvrij.
Het ontbijtbuffet is zeer uitgebreid en daar hebben we zeker van genoten.
Ze hebben een geweldige binnentuin om na een lange dag te ontspannen. Daar is het zo lekker rustig, dat je niet door hebt dat je midden in de stad zit. Ideaal voor een drankje na je dag.
Parkeren kon eenvoudig in de buurt (parkhaus kulturbrauerei, betaald) en er zijn goede openbaar vervoer mogelijkheden vanaf het hotel.
De omgeving is levendig met veel eet- en drinkgelegenheden in de buurt.
Tijdens ons verblijf was er onderhoud aan het pand. Ze hebben er alles aan gedaan om ons daar niets van te laten merken. Ook dat is opzich een compliment waard.
Ons bezoek werd erg gewaardeerd en dat is een goede reden om nog eens terug te komen.

Cons:

De douche is iets minder praktisch, omdat je die eenvoudig uitdrukt als je eronder staat.
Ze hebben een bar, maar we wisten niet zo goed dat je daar ook wat kon bestellen. In principe is die namelijk niet bemand.
De wespen in de achtertuin nodigen niet zo uit om in de tuin te ontbijten.
Dit zijn echter hele kleine puntjes op het geheel, dat over het algemeen heel goed is.

Dejlig hyggeligt hotel med god beliggenhed. Kan varmt anbefales. Der er nogle ting der trænger til en kærlig hånd.
Pros:

Det var hyggeligt og godt og fantasifuldt indrettet

Cons:

Personalet taler kun tysk. Ved indtjekning bliver alt forklaret på tysk. Det må kunne gøres bedre. Men de var søde og smilende.

freundlich, gemütlich, sauber und gute Lage
Pros:

Personal sehr sehr freundlich. Lage auch ziemlich gut, einfache Bus und Bahnverbindung. Frühstück hatten wir nicht dabei gebucht, also kann ich dazu nichts sagen. Absolut zu empfehlen dass Hotel.

Nice hotel that could be more polished. Good for short stays.
Pros:

Very good location, cosy hotel, run like a small operation downstairs with a very nice communal area and casual buffet breakfast. I think it was perfect for a short stay. There's a great coffee shop a few doors down and everything within striking distance that you could need.

Cons:

The decor, furniture and facilities are all a little but tired. They look like they would have popped in 2005, but the floor and mirrors etc. were a little grubby in places. The curtains were a strange plastic material that wasn't very nice and the TVs were pretty old so we couldn't even fire up YouTube or Netflix which is fairly common now.

Perfekt placering - fyldt med hyggelige spisesteder, smukke gader, liv. Føltes lokalt, men stadig tæt på Alexanderplatz osv.
Charmerende indretning og fine faciliteter.

Cons:

Personalet talte ikke engelsk, men det gik nu fint.

In un quartiere molto vivibile (parco, locali, negozi, memoriale del Muro, strade alberate) e ben collegato, con i mezzi pubblici, a qualunque altra zona di questa immensa e straordinaria città. L'accoglienza delle persone. La colazione, per il cibo e per la comodità della sala e del giardino. La pulizia. Il bagno comodo. La camera, essenziale e comoda, affacciata sul giardino alberato dell'albergo, che ci ha offerto ottime pause fresche in giardino e camera fresca, in queste giornate estive caldissime. A proposito, ottima l'aria condizionata, giusto per rinfrescare ogni tanto la camera.

Zeer fijn, comfortabel, kleinschalig hotel met goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding

Kleinschalig en op rustige, fijne plek maar wel dichtbij/in het leuke Mitte, dichtbij metrostation en andere leuke plekken
