Loved it all , wouldn’t change anything
We loved our stay here. Spectacular views of Porto Cervo and beautiful hotel with wonderful balcony views. They were about to close the place for winter and they were still very helpful and accommodating.
It is a bit of a walk, an unsafe one, to the town of Porto Cervo but i am pretty sure they have a shuttle service. We walked but the town was closed for the season.
Das Hotel ist in einem tollen Stil renoviert worden. Pool ist schön groß und das Personal ist super freundlich. Die Anlage ist wunderschön. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
Keine gute Lüftung im Badezimmer und es ist recht dunkel. Gastronomieangebote im Hotel sei es Restaurant oder Bar sind hochpreisig. Man kann außerhalb besser und günstiger essen gehen.
Grandios - es sind die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten ( Regenschirm hing an der Zimmertür von außen , als es regnete ) , die den Unterschied machen …
Alles, das Zimmer sehr komfortabel, die Aussicht war sehr beeindruckend. Der Garten mit dem Pool und die Palmen . Und das Frühstück war sehr lecker.
Wenn man zu Fuß unterwegs ist, ist es schon ein ziemliches Stück ins Zentrum, und für manche vielleicht beschwerlich, da es höher liegt.

My husband and I booked Hotel Balocco for the second leg of our honeymoon and I'm so glad we did! It absolutely exceeded our expectations in every way.
First of all, the staff was incredible throughout our stay. They were kind and informative -- helping us secure a scooter and providing recommendations for meals and activities.
The pool is beautiful -- even better than the pictures -- with a pretty insane view of the sea below. There's a fitness center (indoor/outdoor) just below the pool deck that has everything you need.
The food at all of the restaurants onsite -- particularly the poolside restaurant which hosts the breakfast -- is fabulous.
Parking onsite if you have a car but I'd also highly recommend considering a scooter rental during your stay. We took ours to dinner, shops and the beach every day. The hotel partners with a company that will drop one off and pick it up right from the hotel.
We will be coming back!

Great room, good views, pool area especially. Staff were very friendly and helped us make all of our dinner reservations. Breakfast was a very good spread. Would highly recommend it!

Negatives - Wifi was poor in room 304 and pool wasn’t heated.
Positives - early check in, view from room and poolside, location close to porto cervo and baja Sardinia, spacious rooms, nice breakfast
Hotel Balocco was a wonderful place to stay in Porto Cervo. The staff were incredibly supportive and helpful throughout our visit. They provided excellent restaurant recommendations, assisted us with reservations, and even helped arrange a car hire — which is essential when visiting Porto Cervo and Sardinia. Their warm hospitality made our stay smooth and enjoyable.
The only small drawback was that the pool didn’t open until 11 a.m., which was a little different from other places we stayed, but hardly a real negative.
