Pros:

Hotel położony w super lokalizacji. Parę minut piechotą do placu Świętego Marka oraz innych ciekawych zabytków. W pokoju i łazience bardzo czysto. Pyszne i obfite śniadania

Pros:

Ottima posizione.
Camera spaziosa. Bagno pulitissimo.

Cons:

Mancanza di una Reception aperta al nostro arrivo. L'accesso è avvenuto in autonomia.
In camera scomode e inefficaci alcune prese.

Goed gelegen hotel in hartje Venetië
Pros:

De kamer (4 personen) was voldoende ruim en de badkamer was OK. Het duurde lang voor er warm water was, maar het kwam wel. Het ontbijt werd aan tafel gereserveerd en was gevarieerd (wel elke dag bijna hetzelfde). De locatie was natuurlijk heel goed!

Cons:

Na de check-in hebben we niemand meer aangetroffen aan de receptie en ook via email kwam geen reactie. Spijtig dat we op die manier niets konden vragen of regelen.

Fantastic staff, excellent location, beautiful decor. Would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Great location, amazing decor.

Cons:

When we came back at night the power was off. So no lights. Not sure if this is normal thing for Venice. We were going to bed anyway so it wasn’t the end of the world just a little annoying.

Posizione ottima ma servizi scarsi
Pros:

L'unico punto forte è la posizione.

Cons:

Il bagno della nostra camera non aveva il bidè e neanche doccino nella doccia. Colazione scarsa e con prodotti davvero di basso livello rispetto al prezzo richiesto della camera. Aree comuni inesistenti e non c'è neanche un bagno al servizio degli ospiti.

Pros:

It was a good location everything was fine. Unfortunately, one of the nights there was no light in our room and we call the emergency phone number, since there is no one at the reception after certain hour. They told us that nobody could come around to fix it, so more than the light, there was no way to charge electronics for the next day.

Cons:

We experienced a power outage one night and since there is no staff onsite after 6pm, nor do they provide a number to contact in off hours, we were stuck with no power and nobody to contact for help.
The sink in our room leaked and made the entire bathroom floor wet when used. Toilet did not flush. We also found old food in the minifridge left by the prior tenant, showing the room was not thoroughly cleaned.
