Una estancia agradable
Pros:

Nos encantó la ubicación. Muy cerca del Rialto y en una zona.muy comercial con mucho ambiente. La habitación, aunque no era muy grande, tenia de todo, incluida caja fuerte una pequeña nevera para uso de los clientes y un hervidor de agua con diferentes infusiones. Todo un detalle. La limpieza estupenda.

Cons:

Hacía un poco de frío de madrugada y, como elegimos ventana al canal, a las 5,30 empezaba la algarabía de personas trabajando , cargando y descargando cosas, hablando muy alto ,con lo que no había más remedio que despertarse, y eso que usaba tapones. Aunque de esto no tenia la culpa el hotel, sólo es un comenta a tener en cuenta.

Overall, I really liked the hotel and had a pleasant stay.
Pros:

The room is small but very clean and has everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

Cons:

The floor in the room was quite cold, and disposable slippers would have been a nice addition. The hairdryer was not very convenient, especially for guests with long and thick hair.

Siamo rimasti al freddo per l’intera serata e fino a notte inoltrata a causa dei caloriferi completamente spenti. Nonostante le ripetute segnalazioni e richieste di intervento, il problema è stato risolto soltanto intorno all’1:30 di notte.

Un disagio significativo che ha compromesso il soggiorno e rovinato quella che avrebbe dovuto essere una vacanza piacevole.

A lovely clean, comfortable hotel that we wouldn't hesitate to stay at again.
Pros:

No breakfast. Cafe nearby. The hotel is well situated, close to the main thoroughfare, restaurants, the Realto and Vaporeto stop CA Do'Oro. The rooms are on the smaller side but spotlessly clean and comfortable

Cons:

It's not a complaint but due to the position it can tend to be on the noisy side late at night.
