Pros:

La camera è molto bella: non grandissima ma con punti di appoggio che rendono comodo abitarla, anche per qualche giorno, e soprattutto molto luminosa grazie ai soffitti alti e alle finestrone. Si vede il cielo, cosa che per Venezia è una rarità. Tutto è funzionante, compreso il sistema di chiavi e le prese accanto al letto. Check-in rapido ed efficiente e camera consegnata addirittura prima dell'orario, cosa sempre apprezzatissima. Comunicazione agilissima con il gestore, risposte molto rapide a ogni domanda. Posizione comoda da trovare e da raggiungere dalla stazione, un po' troppo centrale per i miei gusti ma in realtà basta camminare per cinque minuti per trovare un'atmosfera abbastanza di quartiere. Le pulizie vengono fatte ogni giorno, cosa non scontata in un albergo di questa categoria. Nonostante qualche problema, il rapporto qualità-prezzo resta molto buono per la città.

Cons:

Alcune piccole cose: la pulizia è ottima ma a me fa molta impressione che il copriletto, usato da chissà quanti, stia a contatto diretto con il cuscino. La dotazione per il bollitore è molto spartana, così come il kit da bagno (è vero che questo è un problema molto comune negli alberghi italiani). Gli scuri della stanza non rimangono completamente aperti, quindi abbiamo dovuto ideare un complicato sistema di zeppe per poter usufruire della vista senza ingombri (comunque ci si riesce). La posizione è centrale, il che rende la stanza ottima per visitare Venezia, ma si trova proprio nell'occhio del ciclone, cioè sulla direttrice principale in cui passano i turisti: ciò significa che ogni volta che si torna bisogna attraversare la folla e che la sera c'è molto rumore fino a tardi (solo vociare, non musica o altro, ma particolarmente amplificato dalla forma della piazza).

Absolut grossartiges Hotel, sind mehr als zufrieden und begeistert, grandiose lage, alles zu Fuss bequem erreichbar, das Hotel ist wahnsinnig freundlich und aufmerksam, haben uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt, die Zimmer waren schön, sauber und wurden jeden Tag gereinigt. Würden sofort wieder in dieses Hotel. :)

Cons:

Wir waren mit allem zufrieden, keine Kritikpunkte - so macht Urlaub großen Spaß, es war uns eine immense Freude. :) Bravo! Wir müssten wirklich etwas erfinden, deswegen können wir nur sagen, dass wir mit allem happy waren.
