Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, wzdłuż kanału, klimatyczny obiekt, czuć jego wiek, zależało mi, żeby poczuć klimat starego włoskiego domu i tak rzeczywiście było, restauracja w ogrodzie pięknie wyglądała wieczorem

brak klimatyzacji w pokoju, w którym nocowaliśmy, jedynie wiatrak, przy upalnych nocach jest nie do wytrzymania, nieznośne komary, pogryzły nas, nie było spania

Sehr renovierungsbedürftig!
Pros:

Gut zu erreichen, wenn man vom Parkplatz Fusina nach Venedig (Zattere) übersetzt. Ruhige Gasse, zentrale Lage. Das abendliche Essen im Giardino des hoteleigenen Restaurant war großartig.

Cons:

Wir waren vor vielen Jahren schon einmal hier. Seitdem wurde offensichtlich nichts renoviert. Alles sehr verwohnt. Die Frühstückstische im Garten werden noch nicht einmal gesäubert.

The Location is great, the restaurant setting is gorgeous, the old building had a lot of character, the room size was large. I also liked the large sized sink in the room.

Cons:

The room had no air conditioner and in the middle of the 2026 summer if you close everything it became like a sauna inside the room. So I opened the windows to allow breeze in overnight. I got bitten by a thousand mosquitoes for each of my 3 nights and spent each night scratching instead of sleeping.
I also didn't like the rudeness of the proprietor.
Any time I asked him a question, it feels like I'm bothering him and he was rude answering back.

Hôtel bien placé dans le quartier Dorsodouro
Pros:

Hôtel facile d'accès de l'arrêt vaporetto Ca Rezzonico (ligne 1 du vaporetto). Est situé le long d'un petit canal pittoresque. Instructions envoyées par mail pour ouvrir la porte et rejoindre sa chambre. Salle de douche et WC partagés avec une chainette pour toute fermeture (cela ne me rassurait pas). Literie moyennement confortable. Je n'ai pas testé le restaurant mais la terrasse jardin est agréable. Pas d'air conditionné dans la chambre mais un ventilateur. Bon rapport qualité/prix pour la ville
