La habitación estaba en mal estado y el aseo fue deficiente, adicionalmente la persona que atiende a los huéspedes no da un buen trato, hace todo menos atender a los huéspedes, es grosero y no contesta las preguntas que se realizan por parte de los huéspedes haciendo el proceso de estadía complicado y poco agradable

It was very noisy because there is a waste collection station nearby. It was cold in the hotel, and there was no proper blanket—only two thin throws. There was a smell of mold, and there were no basic amenities (no kettle, no drinking glasses, no iron)

Ubicación perfecta
Pros:

La ubicación es sencillamente perfecta. La comunicación con los empleados es fluida y en todo momento están atentos a tu llegada. Fue fácil de encontrar y está bien comunicado con el vaporetto desde Rialto.

Cons:

Nos hubiera gustado que hubieran hecho una limpieza más exhaustiva durante nuestra estancia, pero aún así estamos contentos.
