Pros:

Ездили компанией из 4 человек, все очень понравилось, очень удобное расположение, завтрак чудесный (Отдельное спасибо Марие , если вы это читаете : у вас был чудесный кофе🫶🏻) Очень комфортная терраса , с прекрасными цветами. Персонал говорит на русском/украинском языке, за это отдельный плюс.

Cons:

Не могли разобраться долго с кондиционером, и мучали комары, но это не проблема отеля

Um bom lugar para sua estadia em Veneza!
Pros:

Estava tudo limpo e organizado. O jardim é um encanto. Banheiro e quarto limpos

Cons:

Fui com minha mãe de 86 anos e ela subiu as escadas. Quem tiver dificuldade em mobilidade as escadas dificultam então fica como aviso para quem tiver esse tipo de problema. No mais, a acomodação é ótima. A pessoa que servia o café é sem simpatia alguma e parece que a Itália quer deixar isso como sua marca. É este tipo de pessoa que faz as pessoas falarem mal dos italianos, infelizmente. O café deixa a desejar, pois só tem alimento doce. Sem queijos ou frutas. Serve para alimentar sem nutrir. Quanto às dúvidas por mensagem, foram prontamente atendidas. Fica como sugestão permitir acesso a copa ou uma chaleira no quarto para poder tomar um chá durante o dia ou noite

Le personnel est gentil et l’emplacement est bon

La chambre du rez de chaussée est vétuste, lit dur, oreiller tout plat, fourmis au sol dans la chambre, pas de volets, globalement chambre vieillotte

Cons:

Mes atvykome su šeima, keturiese. Deja, gavome 2atskirus kambarius (neva 30 kv m) ir atskirą vonios kambarį bendrame koridoriuje, pavadintą "private bathroom" 😅 Kambariukai maži, spintų drabužiams nėra, net be užuolaidų ! apšvietimas prastas - lyg rūsyje. Vaikų kambarys - vos keli kvadratiniai metrai.
Iškart parašiau šeimininkams, kad netinka mums tokios sąlygos, apie kurias nebuvo.parašyta užsisakant . Pradėjo įrodinėti savo tiesas. Likome kalti mes. Sakė laukite iki rytojaus, žiūrėsime. Bet mes daugiau nebepasitikėjome,, tad užsisakėme apartamentus kitai dienai už tokią pat kainą su 100% patogumais ir prie St.Marko aikštės. Pinigų atgauti už 4naktis iki šiol nepavyksta!!!

Il letto e il cuscino un po' scomodi, non c'era la colazione salata. Non mi è sembrato molto corretto se i clienti sono tutti internazionali e io e mia moglie mangiamo solo salato la mattina.

Nach Besitzerwechsel im Frühjahr 2026 nur noch italienisches Frühstück
Pros:

Lage: einerseits gut weil sehr ruhig, 2 Gehminuten zum nördlichen Anleger Fondamente Nove (Murano, Burano!), 15 zum Rialto (über Calle Stella und Widmann fast gerade Strecke), 20 zum Markusplatz. Andererseits zum Bahnhof und nach Osten SEHR verwinkelte Gassen und doch immer ein Fußmarsch von der Pulsader Canal Grande bzw. knapp halbstündige Fahrt mit dem Vaporetto vom Bahnhof.
Personal sehr freundlich inkl. Arielle, der noch verbliebenen Hotelkatze. Idyllischer, kleiner, gepflegter Innenhofgarten zum Sitzen.
Unser Economy-DZ (beide im EG, insgesamt 9 Zimmer) etwas eng und dunkel, Bad angenehm mit sehr guter Dusche, Matratze schön ausgewogen, aber die viel zu dünnen Kissen immer noch nicht ausgetauscht. Alles sehr sauber. Superangenehme Heizung im Frühjahr. Sehr gutes WLAN. Gepäckaufbewahrung nach Checkout.
Frühstück: neben Saft und guter Kaffee- und Teeauswahl fast nur süß, dafür aber gute Qualität: Cornetti, Kuchen, Kekse, Zwieback, Toast mit Marmeladen, dazu kalte, hartgekochte Eier (bei uns an 2 von 4 Tagen nicht), Joghurt und Cornflakes mit Milch.

Cons:

Seit dem Besitzerwechsel im Frühjahr 2026 gibt es gegenüber früheren Rezensionen offenbar Abstriche beim Frühstück: kein Rührei, kein Aufschnitt, kein Obst, kein Müsli. Ostersonntag und -montag gab es gar keine Eier und auch keinerlei Österliches.
Die viel zu dünnen Kopfkissen waren noch immer nicht ausgetauscht. Keine Toilette mehr verfügbar bei Gepäckabholung nach dem Checkout. Lage teils sehr verwinkelt und etwas abseits vom Canal Grande. Vaporetto vom Bahnhof 25 min, zu Fuß mindestens 30. Checkin von 20 bis 23 Uhr kostet 30€ extra.

Très bon emplacement
Le jardin est agréable et permet une pause bienvenue

Cons:

La chambre est un peu désuète mais j’ai bien conscience qu’à Venise le niveau d’exigence / prix doit être abaissé….

Hotel acogedor con ubicación inmejorable!
Pros:

La ubicación es increíble, puedes visitar todo caminando. El personal es súper amable y atento, la habitación es muy linda y siempre hay agua caliente. Nos encantó!
