Pros:

Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht! Obwohl wir schon zur Frühstückszeit nach unserer Anreise aus Venedig im Hotel ankamen, war unser Zimmer bereits komplett fertig vorbereitet und wir durften direkt einchecken. So konnten wir nach der Fahrt erst einmal ganz entspannt duschen und etwas schlafen. Ein absolut fantastischer Service – vielen Dank dafür! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Pros:

The 8.6 rating is clearly overestimated. This offer should not exist on Booking.com. Booking.com escalated the issue to the owner, yet nothing happened.

Cons:

My stay did not meet any acceptable standard for a property rated 8.6. The room was exposed to continuous street noise, including strong arguing from 2:00 to 2:30 AM, and noise starting again at 5 AM, making proper rest impossible.

The air conditioning barely worked, was extremely noisy, and a persistent unpleasant smell in the room forced me to keep the windows open, which made the street noise even worse.

The layout was uncomfortable, and the toilet was extremely dirty upon arrival. I have added photos to document the real conditions.

As a Genius Level 3 customer, I even felt guilty for having booked this stay for my family, given the actual comfort and hygiene levels.

The 8.6 rating appears clearly overestimated. Based on my experience, this kind of offer should not exist on Booking.com.

Prix attractif mais pas si confortable

L'emplacement idéal, la cour de l'hotel qui est très jolie. le personnel sympathique, petit dejeuner bien fourni avec large choix

Cons:

Deux chambres séparées alors que ce n'était pas indiqué. Climatisation trop bruyante dans une chambre du coup on ne pouvait pas l'allumer et avec la moustiquaire défectueuse sur une fenêtre et manquante sur l'autre c'était compliqué avec les moustiques.
Dans l'autre chambre, pas de moustiquaire et pas de clim alors que c'était indiqué. Une seule prise pour deux lit et un petit ventilateur, il faisait beaucoup trop chaud et ce n'était pas pratique.
Les chambres sont très petites.
