Great location and lovely boutique hotel
Pros:

Great location with an amazing view of the canal, breakfast was lovely as was the coffee

Cons:

Very tricky to find hotel entrance for the self check in, particularly first timers to Venice and if you arrive in the dark

Pros:

The location was fantastic. Only 5 minutes walk from Rialto ferry stop.
The room was clean and tidy. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.
They make a delicious creamy cappuccino.

Cons:

We had a lovely couple of days exploring Venice from this lovely little hotel.
Pros:

The location for the cost was very good. The light breakfast was very good and set us up positively for the morning. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Charming and comfortable but careful which room you book
Pros:

Loved the location and the charming nature of the hotel tucked away in a building in Venice. Staff friendly, very clean, surprisingly comfortable given the size of the room and sharing bathroom with another room. Very peaceful and didn’t even run into another guest at any point during our stay surprisingly. Even our basic room with no AC had a charming view of the Venice alleyways with windows you could open up completely. Felt very Italian and very atmospheric. Couldve enjoyed a glass of wine sitting on the window sill

Cons:

I don’t feel that the info on the lack of AC was readily apparent when I made the reservation. It was middle of July sweltering and humid. Felt very little refuge in the room. Atleast fan was powerful. Same applies to sharing bathroom situation. I didn’t know we were sharing a bathroom until we arrived. It didn’t end up being a big deal (only two rooms share a bathroom) but something to keep in mind when picking which room. I would say the value is good given the proximity to Rialto bridge but those two aspects mentioned makes me feel like it was actually quite expensive.
