Bon sejour
Pros:

Chambre petite mais fonctionnelle. Seule hic la fermeture de la salle de bain et WC ne se fermait pas donc gênant lorsqu'on la partage avec une autre chambre.

Cons:

Habitación sin baño y el baño en la otra punta de la casa.
No es hotel, es un piso acomodado con habitaciones.
No había aparato de calefacción para regular la temperatura, hacía frío

Lo cerca que está de absolutamente todo lo más importante de la ciudad, lo grande de la habitación, la limpieza y lo acogedor del sitio

Por decir algo el desayuno que no nos atrajo pero hay muchos sitios cercanos con buen precio ( al lado de teatro Fenice) a 3 minutos andando

Exceptional location, wonderful room and staff.
Pros:

Location was great - right in the middle of everything. Very friendly and helpful staff. Large clean room with views of a canal.

Cons:

Breakfast was not as expansive as we had hoped for the price. Wonderful homemade croissants and rolls, but, other than boiled eggs, no other protein.

Отзыв от Ирины- понравилось абсолютно все, хозяйка была очень доброжелательная, душевная, чувствовала я себя как дома. Завтраки не слишком большие, думаю для мужчины будет маловато, но мне хватило !
Особое удовольствие -это конечно расположение , само проживание в старом венецианском доме говорит о многом. Рядом площадь Риальто 15 минут ходьбы и площадь Марко Поло. Обязательно хочется вернутся обратно !

Great place to stay!
Pros:

This hotel is a hidden gem. The rooms are very clean. The location is great! Just a few minute walk to San Marco piazza. The hostess/owner (Valentina) was very accommodating. She really goes out of her way to help you. The breakfast was ok. The price of the hotel made up for it. I would definitely stay there again.

Ottimo soggiorno! Lo consiglio assolutamente
Pros:

Ho apprezzato in modo particolare la gentilezza e cordialità della proprietaria, super disponibile

La posizione era comoda per raggiungere a pedi i vari punti di interesse in pochi minuti. Noi abbiamo girato tutta Venezia a piedi ed è stato comodissimo alloggiare qui. L'hotel si trova in una via defilata dal caos del centro, in una zona tranquilla e sicura anche tornando la sera tardi.

La camera era spaziosa, calda ed il letto comodo. Nonostante un breve pernottamento (due notti) ci hanno pulito e rifatto la camera (non previsto) e se volevamo potevano cambiarci anche gli asciugamani.
C'era inoltre la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in struttura dopo il check-out.

Nonostante la stanza della colazione fosse piccolina (con solo 4 tavoli) ed il banco del buffet anch'esso piccolo, c'era tutto quello che serviva per fare un'ottima colazione, sia con prodotti dolci (yogurt, torta, brioche, etc.) che salati (toast, prosciutto, uova, formaggio).
